$2.40 isn’t even 2 L of fuel. You guys are missing the point the reason for hybrids and electric vehicles is to stop emissions not save money. Saving money is a bonus. Come on if you’re gonna hug a tree no the tree.
The absolute environmental devastation that occurs in order extract the raw materials for electric batteries, the manufacturing process, and the overall lack of a way to really recycle them after sort of makes your argument invalid. The emissions you save on spewing are overshadowed by the manufacturing process. Its why we don't look at these from an environmental perspective, but a financial one. You'll save money on fuel, that's the important part. If you don't save money, there's no point.
It's ironic that most off road capable SUV will never be taken off road. 😢 People"just want to have"... Benz's G-wagon owners only drive Inn the city... At most owners whom raise this sov to 11' for e student snow storms... If there's different 9" of snow and you need eggs
Only if your a pavement princess, Why would you buy a kick ass 4 wheel drive and not use it ? This is what jeeps are for. If you want to mall crawl get something else and leave jeeps alone.

It’s has a lot of options, so the price is comparable and those European suvs can’t off-road like this thing can. It also is a rocket ship on the road and handles like a sports car.
@@PRNTestDrive I do, Jeeps have a higher percentage of owners (25%, I believe)who go off road which is more than other brands. Many people are afraid to off road any make of 4x4 or they just want the look. I own one of these I got for 43k off a lease buy back with 1650’miles (steal!) and I also own a 2023 Wrangler Unlimited Willys Diesel to compare it too. I like the off-road ability of both and that they serve different purposes.
One thing I noticed with mine, the fuel economy was listed as km per litre, not litres per 100km. That's why when driving in electric it's pegged to the right at 99. It affects the "total long term" fuel economy.
This one was definitely set to to L/100km. The Wrangler 4xe we drove after this did the same, I'm assuming it's giving a Litres Equivalent. Personally I don't like using that as a way to measure fuel economy, as electricity prices can vary.
Great video guys!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Why can’t we have the 5.7 Hemi and 4xe??
I believe Chrysler has phased that engine out. 2025 RAM 1500s only have the V6 and new 3.0L inline 6.
Nice information
Thanks!
I'll wait for it to drop down into the $30k's
Won't have to wait too long.

It's very true.

Waaaaay too much money. Hard pass.
It is pricey considering we just drove the 2024 BMW X5 xDrive50e PHEV at $107,000 CAD with more range and way nicer interior/exterior.
Hi. What would be cheaper, but still offer the same size, speed, tech, on road comfort and off-road capability?

yes, but it should be a good deal on used cars market
It’s not for cheap skates and is the best off-road suv.

But how many people are actually taking a vehicle like this off-road?
