Sorry but your are making some mistake you should increase your calories gardually n steady and bulk for 8 months and maintain it 1 month and than cut for 3 months that's you make the best gains in my opinion more or less it's completely upto btw your are videos ar very knowledgeable 💯💯💯❤️
