Now you actually can build a japanese apartment i think, utilizing the platforms as the place you put your shoes and now with the for rent EP you even have eastern toilets which is something i have been wanting cinse sims 2. These apartments seem really big and big kitchens for a normal Japanese apartment though.
slight oversight on the AC outdoor units only being 2 for 3 units, also it turns out that AC's work way better if the outdoor units are lower than the indoor units in height, this allows the indoor unit to drain condensation much more efficiently and you dont suffer from leaks frying your pc right below the AC... just some food for thought 😉 (i am by no means an aircon technician, i just know a lot of useless stuff)
