I wish actually playing the game wasn't so underwhelming and limited bc the builds that can be made are wonderous. I also am dying for multi-functional lots.

While all of this Simmers build are absolutely gorgeous and you can very clearly see the love they put behind their work, sadly not all of their builds are in the gallery. Painful, Its a struggle following them sometimes because their art and builds are cool but then you find out they're not in the gallery oof
Thank you. Builds like this take me days to finish. Probably 2 to 3 days at most. 😅 I take breaks in between because I want it to be at least perfect before I start the stop motion. And because my back hurts from sitting too long. Lolol. 😂
Hi, I don't think you can own a retail and residential rental at the same time. It's just sad. So much potential if we have multi-funtional lot in the game. However, if you choose residential rental, you can still hire bartenders, cooks, seller npcs inside your residential rental lot. In a way it makes your cafe/resto/market work while still playing 'for rent'.
Additionally, I think you can still ask npc or other sims to be your roommates in your house even if you set it to retail? I'm not sure tho. I haven't tested that. Hehe not much of a gameplay person.
In my experience, you have to set the lot to retail in order for the konbini to be functional. So, I guess, it's a no if you want the apartments to be also functional as in 'For Rent' pack. And yeah, I seriously wish we can have multifunctional lots in the game.
Hi, I didn't add any mods in building this. It's a no cc build, but not fully functional. I only used T.O.O.L mod to place some stuff but it does not require a player to have the same mod when downloading a build.

Do what the rest of us do and useUA-cam, Pinterest etc for inspiration and learn how to build. If you can't - that's a YOU problem.
