Bicycle is from the uni pack and the air conditioning is base game I think. I usually type in Vent into the build mode search bar and it comes up. Search bar is very handy ☺️🌸

Hi! I’m going to buy the Sims 4 soon but i wanted to know if i download this house and don’t have the packs/expansions does it still work or do i need to buy them?
If you don’t have some or all the packs, you will not get most build content unless it’s base game content, as it will be missing when uploaded 😅 or sometimes it gets replaced with base game items so will not look as pictured. But the walls, roof etc will be there since that’s base game 😊.

They are supposed to pay weekly, but I have played before in the past and some roommates never pay my sim at all 😅. But they do pay, I think it is quite glitchy the option sometimes… I think the roommates pay when they want it can be quite strange 😆.
Thank you sooo much 🥰🌸! At first they took about a week of evenings (filming everything backwards I was getting confused 😱) now I can film in 2-4 evenings. But the bigger the lot or build… the longer it will take! Best bit that doesn’t feel long is to film the tour, get to play Sims and record at same time. 😄

It’s the bed with one bunk bed at the top and free space at the bottom 😊 the desk can slot in there 🌸.
