did you add the elevators with manage worlds edit? because if so you are unable to exit build buy if you want to access it from live mode as it only says 1 allowed :(

How did you enter the parking lot? The roof cannot be put in the basement.
it's not roof, but a wall decoration from the eco lifestyle expansion pack and I made it that way using the TOOL mods
