Ramly burger is always the best. The patty and the black pepper sauce mixed together, first class, but very sadly they are only open at night. I'm planning to get a degree in culinary arts in Canada and I want to make a cart where I sell the Ramly burger on the side of the road like those hotdogs carts in NYC.

Pretty good video but in my honest opinion, both burgers have its unique merits & characteristics, sure they’re burgers but I’d say to compare them is like comparing apples to oranges, at the end of the day, they’re cheap to their respective markets and leaves whoever eats it with a smile on their face.

ramly burger is kampung-style burger. it's kinda messy too but the taste is insane.
I don't know you aware or not, Ramly has their own fastfood kiosk ala McD, but with a simple menu from their products.
As my preferences, I didn't recommended much to buy burger from kiosk. The other menu is okay. Because I think the alleyway Ramly burger still better than the kiosk; with extra sauce, extra flavour, extra MSG.

So having Ramly Burger around RM3 to even RM5
And you guys who visits Malaysia get to try this enormous for just like 0.6 cent to 1 USD
But the difference is our ramly burger is rm2 to rm6 only and available even after midnight so we win either way hahhaha

I'm so used to having Ramly patties split in half, sprinkled in Maggi Seasoning and white pepper, that I was kinda expecting Logesh to do it. There are quite a few "gourmet" burger joints in Klang Valley nowadays. myBurgerLab pretty much started it.
You know it is a good Malaysian burger when you put in a good amount of sauces. The messier, the better.

@@KumaarFamily Kumar, kuah kacang yang sedap perlu dibuat sehari lebih awal sebelum dimakan supaya rasanya lebih sebati dan kacang elok meresap segala rasa dan rempah. Makan dengan nasi impit dan sate ayam. Nasi impit nak buat senang jer.. masuk beras dlm plastik kecil separuh dan seal. Cucuk lubang kecil-kecil pada plastik dan masak dlm pressure cooker dalam 15 minit.. dah sejuk baru potong. Ok try it.

The bread and patties are pan-fried in butter, which will make it taste so much better than the ones in Malaysia.

Resepi saya bila masak Ramly Burger. Goreng daging atau ayam sehingga masak (jangan lupa serbuk kari, kicap Ramly, dan jika sukakan pedas letakkan serbuk cili Baba's, kemudian roti pula dimasak sehingga garing, kemudian letakkan sayur seperti salad, tomato, hirisan bawang holland (yang mentah @ tidak digoreng) kemudian letakkan mayonis atas salad dan letakkan daging burger Ramly atau ayam yg telah dimasak tadi kemudian untuk daging atau ayam bahagian atas pula letakkan keju slice (ikut citarasa masing²) masukkan sos cili dan sedikit black pepper sos dan letakkan roti kemudian nikmatinya. jika mahukan tambahan telur boleh balut bersama daging atau goreng separuh masak dan letak atas daging. pergghhh..

Kumar the vegetable ramlee burger u use this malaysia pure... Bottom u use salad + onion and top u use tomato, pineapple + cucumber... This vegetable u use the ramlee burger can delicious i promise.. and sos bottom u use black pepper sos + thousand island and top u use sos chilli + mayo...

You can get it anywhere in Malaysia usually start from 4pm till midnight. Even you can the patty in Supermarket and grocery's store. Oh it's halal dan affordable.

Mr. Kumar, I have a cousin from Seattle complaining about American fast-food burgers being less tastier than Malaysian street burgers such as Ramlee when he visited Malaysia in 2 years ago. The patties isn't chewy that much, less juicier and more seasoning. Compared to Malaysian street burger which is twice better than most American fast-food burgers.
Glad that he enjoyed it. Ramly burger is a homey street burger that reminds you of Malaysia. Maybe next you could let them try our very own brands like Beryl's (get the tropical flavours chocolates like Durian, Jackfruit or Mango) , Munchy's, Mister Potato and Brahim's Ready-to-eat meal - Biryani rice, rendang chicken, thai green curry.
