Roy Wood Jr. is one of the most prolific comics today. I believe he will reach Legend status in 5 years.

Chapelle... but there are very few. I find their styles can overlap, but Chapelle seems to flesh out issues more whereas Roy drops the truth then moves on

The author of the national anthem Francis Scott Key who wrote the words "the land of the free" also said that Africans in America were “a distinct and inferior race of people, which all experience proves to be the greatest evil that afflicts a community.” (his own words).
Thomas Jefferson who included the words "all men are created equal" owned over 600 slaves during his lifetime.
Abraham Lincoln, who "freed the slaves" said “I have no purpose to introduce political and social equality between the white and the black races. There is physical difference between the two, which in my judgment will probably forever forbid their living together upon the footing of perfect equality." He also advocated sending all freed slaves to their "homeland" even though many of those same people's ancestors were in America before his ancestors.

I do find it hilarious how the people who get offended by people kneeling during the national anthem have no idea that it's a rip off of "God Save the Queen".
Most songs can be compared to others. Originality is hard to find in national anthems.

"My Country, 'Tis Of Thee" is the US nationalist hymn that's a total rip off of "God Save The Queen" (same melody). The "Star Spangled Banner" is just a poem set to a British song that was popular back then called "To Anacreon in Heaven" (sometimes known as "The Anacreontic Song").
So the melodies of both the Anthem and the Pre-Anthem of the US were stolen from the British. Not a great look...

The reality is to really speak about this country with honor is certainly a challenge. However, I vote for the Black National Anthem all day, which had always been the anthem I stand and live by.
