I did this just to clarify, in five days you can see results but not that big, wait at least 2 weeks before planting for better results
Thanks 🌹🌹🌹
Hi in 5 day for me moulds started why?
@@shrishalini4715 probably there was too much humidity inside, maybe you put too much water on the tissue, try to wet it with just 3 splash of water. Keep it close somewhere with the sun so when the tissue dries you can splash on it a couple of times, remember the tissue should be wet but not too much bc humity can cause also the growth of mold.
Also as long as the mold is not on the seed it should be ok but still, the seed should not be contaminated if you change the tissue (you can change it just in this case, if not don't touch it).
P.s. Mango is a tropical fruit, if it's too cold it will not survive.
@@mimichuchu3267 Thanks for the reply.. will try again

Depends on the weather in your country where I am it’s not really great weather for mango seeds but I built a greenhouse and now they’re doing well.
My mango plant survived a small hurricane and I forgot abt it a few weeks ago, it's 10.5cm today ;)
Without any words you gave us some knowledge.
Thanks 🌹🌹🌹
How often do you water the seed once it is planted in soil?
Once in a week
@@mufidultutorial4651 Thanks.
Hi..thanks for the video...one question..!! Is it a wet cloth or wet tissue paper with which the mango seed is being wrapped & boxed?? pls explain??
You can also youse the lid from a glass jar, put some water in it, the seed and have a plastic sandwich baggie over it to keep it humid, I’ve done it three times, works every time so far :)
Also make sure to change the water daily and peel the brown paper like texture off the seed if able
Na try panna enaku mango tree vanthuchi sisy tnq for this video

Did you separate the seedlings to make two separate trees or did you just get rid of one and kept the healthier one or did you plant both seedlings
How many months you wait for the completion of this video 😱
to get fruit, it will take usually 7-10 years
cotton cloth use pannalama
Awesome 👏 👌 👍
Ginawa to ng anak ko at ang ganda ng resulta. Hindi ko alam kung napanuod nya dito o sa iba pero malau na ang narating ng mangga madami ng dahon
How long did it take you to get mangoes on your tree.
About 5 years, but if you want to hurry you can graft the branches
Paper tissue use chesara sis.? Plz reply
I just bought three mangos and extracted the seeds and I will see if they will germinate in five days 😁 as not alot of tropical plants will grow here in Ireland as it’s not very hot here in the summer so i grow them indoors 😉
Good luck!🌹
great sharing ❤
Thanks 🌹🌹🌹
i just wonder the seed that you plant was long seed, why the bearing fruit was round then when get ripe it become long again. That variety of mango diffent from each other.

What do you do when two trees come out of the same seed? Before planting it on the ground do you have to separate it?
👍👍👍Good job
Thank you! 💖💖💖
Awesome I’m going to try
Thanks 🌺💞💖
Thanks 🙏🙏 for good idea।👍
Thanks 🌺💞💖
Very nice video. I just want to ask, do you transfer the other seedlings once it grows? Or do you only retain 1?
When the tree grows up, I will keep one tree
यह 20 दिन के बाद कितने दिन और बड़ा होगा
My seed finally has small little purple leaves showing up. How should I store that? I am in zone 9b northern Cali. Should I cover it to keep warm or leave outside not in direct sunlight. Any help would be appreciated
You could do both! If you put your seed in your house you should put it in the window and give it water. You need to put it in the window because it needs sunlight.
Or you could put it outside but give it plenty of water because its summer!
Hope this helps
How do you keep yours from getting mildew and rotting
Instead try using the lid from a glass jar, put some water and the seed in it, have a sandwich baggie over it to keep humid and changer the water daily, it takes about a week but sometimes every day you may notice a little change :) make sure to peel the brown paper like texture off of the seed if able, the water will help make it easier to peel
(Paper towel method not recommended as it has a higher mold chance)
It is much tough to take the seed how can I take it out easily
Good
Great video!
Keep the seed in the house or outside?
Keep the plant in your house for 90 days then plant it outside
awesome
Nice thanks for sharing
🌺💞💖
Wow great
Thank you! 💖💖💖
Can i plant it directly
I’m still letting my seed grow roots but it’s already been 4 days and there’s just a tiny nub. There was mold on the paper towel and I replaced it but the seed is fine. Can I still grow it or will the seed get moldy too?
Yes it will grow
my seed took about 5 days to get a small root. a tip to not get mold is to add fresh water to the paper towel every 2 days and add a little cinnamon. cinnamon has antibacterial functions and can prevent mold
Thank you! Nice video.☺️🙏🏽
Thanks 🌺💞💖
Which mango tree is that ?

How did u get that many plants from one seed
Seeds grow randomly, I don't do anything
What type of substrate did you use ? how much water do u give it and how often?
I use sand mixed soil, I water once a day
@@LotusGardens What about temperatures??
@@STOP2NWO
Don't let it freeze in winter.
What kind of growing medium did you use? That doesn’t look like regular potting soil… please let me know
Mango is a hardy plant. You can use any kind soil.
I use soil in the garden, mixed with sand and compost
Can I do it in paper also
Super this plante my tree is also big haw kandanathi my adras
Can we directly plant the 3 days sapling in the farm?
Because I have to do this on a large scale and don't have place for sapling to grow. And again replanting them will be difficult for me.
Yes you can
Gurgaon soil is very bad ,what can I do to grow healthy plants
@@ajeetasingh4860 Improve your soil. Add nutrients, worms, dead plants, compost, bone meal, perlite, burn the ground before a big rain once a year, a few different methods to improve your soil health. Good luck do some research and order it all online. Quickest way : compost your food and anything organic and start buying some potting soil. Mix those two with the dry sand/ dead dirt you may have. Keep going till you have enough good soil to grow food or other plants. Once you start to grow a good little ecosystem, the ground will replenish itself. May take lots of water and effort but you can transform a barren dessert into lush woodland if you try hard enough

You absolutely can
Hi do you have to dry the seed before planting thankyou
Good question no reply????
Hi. What kind of soil you recommend?and how about watering?
You should water once a day. You can use any type of soil you have but it must be well-drained
Bro that’s some rareness 4 roots!? It’s mostly just 1
Thanks 🌺💞💖
Four roots because the seed is polyembryonic. Most mango cultivars from East Asian countries are polyembryonic, so multiple seedlings from one seed, all of which are exact clones of the parent tree.

In which season is best for groeing from seed
Summer when trees are fruiting (frm personal experience )
If your country had the rainy season in summers (Moonsoon) that is ideal time to grow.
You should plant in the summer
I'm going to try
Good luck!🌺🌺🌺
When I was translocated into pot some part of the root was damaged and broken. Does the plant grow or die?
It has died. I am sorry 😐 about your 🥭 mango plant 😢

How to do grafting
Where to keep the baby plant? In shade or direct sunlight?
2:56 how old is this mango tree? how come that is small but its already bearing fruit?
thanks in advance for answering
It might be about 2 years old. This tree is bearing fruit so early because of a technique known as 'grafting,' this way the plant can start fruiting in about (minimum)10 months. To know more about this process search on the internet. Welcome☺☻
Thank you. I see it now. Pruning your tree and also grafting from old mango tree.
Thank you.
he got the last tree pic from google
@@golf_sidegenn4256 thank you.
The tree is small and bearing fruit because those yellow mangoes I think atolfo lemons zest or whatever they’re called are polyembrionic, as you can see in the video he has multiple shoots from one seed. One of those will be a result of cross pollination and the rest of the shoots will be clones of the mother plant and will bare fruit very early and will not need grafting. Quite fascinating actually. Read up on polyembrionic and monoembrionic mangoes.
Manilla seed?
Size of pot??
Great

Mine is in the pot . Hope he grow.
do you wet the paper towel throughout the 5 day period?
No, keep the box closed away from light
@@UndiscoveredWarrior thanks very much
You should probably wet it again if it dries out, at least that's how germinatong other seeds works 😅
No paper it can get moldy since it made of trees
Only once.
With proper care, how many years until first fruit? Which varieties are best/fastest? Haha. I am already an older guy.
Why did you put your hand in the way as you placed the seed in the soil ? I dont no what direction to put the seed in

How much temperature is required to grow the tree
while germination, cool and dry. once potted it can get more heat
Lol i just found a rotting mango on the ground, cleaned it to the pit, i didnt open it and just put it in a few cm in my backyard without doing the napkin thing and i just watered it, surprisingly a plant that was meant to be a joke is 10.5cm rn to this day
