Cara menanam pokok manga dari biji.
Sir I've followed every steps and my mango plant is growing healthily and I'm so happy and I'm 11 years old
Great works!!!
I put a seed in the soil just to see what happens. The husk was still on… took a couple of weeks but it finally sprouted today. I’m so happy! I’m trying to learn what I should be doing next
Awesome!! Hope it grow up become a tree.
straight to the point, no intro, no commentary, great video
A few things to keep in mind. A mango in nature, is in a tropical environment, and falls off a tree when it is ready. In a perfect environment, not every mango falling off the tree will have a seed which is viable, or capable of germinating and becoming another tree. Store bought mango is picked unripe, then goes to cold storage. Seeds from store bought mango may not be viable. Mango are a tropical fruit. Your environment may not support the conditions which the plant needs in order grow, thrive, and give fruit.
Yr explaination is spot on...thank you for helping to elaborate...that is indeed correct information!!
Does it grow from raw mango seed
😊😅

I grew a plant from a store bought mango and it is doing really well almost 2 years now
just found a seed my grandkids put in a paper towel and bag for a school project..it's sprouted roots. not sure how long they had it, but now it's in a pot with soil...lol
The grandkids when they grow up and remember the mango seed project
Is your mango 🥭 tree still growing?
Excellent concise video, Tony. Thanks, had the seed in a Ziploc in minutes. The seed came from a Cuban Mango that is coconutty and delicious.
Yeah....hope it germinate successfully
@AnikaHope-gd6xuWhat the fuck are you talking about bro 🤣
Thank you so much. You explained it very well. Within 20 days my seed grown to around 12-15 cm.
Awesome 💯
Hi
Grazie! Just moved to S Florida, I'm on it! 😊
S Florida, you are in heaven for gardening!!!
I've been seeing these types of channels and videos popping up everywhere. They've existed for a while now, but not like this. With the economy in a depression,, these types of videos and their popularity rising just goes to show that inflation is really starting to hit their pockets and people now, are more than ever, looking for alternatives to supplement their grocery bills ( there are other examples of futures, since this is a video about food, i kept it at that so the thread wouldn't drift). I hope people start noticing the little things happening before it's to late.
I hope your channel boosts. You are creating invaluable information.
Thank you for stopping by my channel. Yeah , I do agree the inflation is really an issue right ..many don't know how and where the food come from. I just somehow love gardening and sharing what I grow in my garden..
I hopelessly kept 2 mango seeds with husk near my other plants in the pot, one luckily sprouted and I cannot stop watching it again and again😭❤️
.Beautiful Mango Tree Stories Channel in Year Monday April 8,2024.😐.
Yes sir..i agree with u..my mom also plant the mango tree from seed and it is bear fruit around 5-6 years..
Yeah, and our childhood is always about stealing mango and climb up mango trees!
@@TonysExploration that true...
I had started a Mango tree years ago and when I moved I left the plant. I'm going to try it again this month
Roommate bought a mango for us to try, and being the person I am I saved the seed. This video taught me I needed to remove the husk, so I peeled it off and just finished wrapping the seed in a damp paper towel, putting it in the baggie, and setting it on a windowsill so it stays warm. I have my phone to go off in a week to remind me to check on whether it's germinated or not, and I have a large pot on standby perfect for when it starts sending roots.
Sure you can ...give it a try
الهم صل على محمد وال محمد ❤
Thanks for your guidance. I will try it for sure to save the earth!
Do I expose the seed to the sun once I put it in the plastic bag. Also do I need it to be air tight?
No, no need expose to sun...the bag is airtight, you can occasionally open to check the status
Yea u don't needa put it in sunlight. A small lamp can work
Just put it in a warm cabbinet like the kitchen or on top of the fridge and you should be aright
You can skip these steps and plant your mango seed directly in a bigger pot, exposed to sunlight. This way, you'll have a seedling in no time.
Thank you so much! I did exactly what you said and it's growing beautifully!
Glad to hear that!
A well grown mango tree can produce upto 200 tons of oxygen in 50 years
Which is 4 tons per year
A well grown mango tree is like 5 AC running at the same time. So , try to grow grow some mango trees
It'll be benefit not only you, but also environment.
This are really big tree, so is definitely good for environment.
Very well explained.. May you succeed in life more and more.
Thank you!
I had no idea how massive they grew! Very informative! 👍
Thanks, certain variety can grew as tall as 15 to 20 feets
@@TonysExplorationbut my mango tree is approx 70-90 ft how ??
yupe, some variety can grow to that tall.
You can keep it small by pruning the top out to make it bush out.
@@dustinthornton5356 My next plan is to plant mango in a pot, but of course , this time going to graft a known good variety onto it
Dude Im happy It worked and I have A Baby Malika Mango Plant (Seedling).. 🎊😍
Awesome!
I try the same directly put seed inside without dry it
Hi... I tried it and my little tree is starting to grow. Many Spanish grow mango trees in their yards in my area. I live in zone 9 & 10
I'm doing research to find out what kind of fertilizer to use because I would love to see something God helped me grow😁 I planted some tomatoes from the tomatoes I purchased at the store by cleaning the seeds from tomatoes now I'm working on Bush Sugar Baby 🍉 and lettuce 🥬
Stores are doing too many recalls😔
That's great
Thank you so much for sharing! I have one question what soil is best for the mango ? Do I need to buy soil for tropical fruits or just use normal one ? Thank you
any type of soil will do, as long as the pH is correct , around 6-6.5pH
Thank you so much
Very nice and good video
Thank you so much 😀
Can you grow mangos even if i dont live in a humid climate?
Thanks for the great video!❤
Probably can germinate but will not survive the winter
@@TonysExplorationIf there is a plant light on it with room temperature then will it be good?
@@WillEryxMueller , it might, the plant light nowadays have so much technological advancement. I haven't try out personally, but i do see many other youtubers done before
I got two irganic mangoes, seeds already sprouted when i opened the husk.
My fruends place is 80 degrees all year, he is older and cold.lol and window is facing sunrise till about 4 pm.
I cant wait to see how this snd the avacados do.
I wont ve planting them outside due to winters. But can put it in a pot on wheeels to put out in may to august.
Fruit or not, im looking forward to our relationship with them.
Hopefully it will be a success, my two cent suggestions, next summer , try to graft an older stem onto it. This will speed up the fruiting process .
Great video. Very helpful, thank you! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by my channel!
Hi. Great video concise and to the point. however, you wrapped the husk in paper towel but you did not say what to do with it..??????
Just keep in the dark and wait for germination
@@TonysExploration the husk? Not the seed?
@@j.p.bourget2045 @1:17 I wrapped the seed in paper towel...I never mention husk.
So satisfying . This year I'll also try mango plant
Thank you!
Thank you for your video and warning of sharp.
Welcome ...thank for stopping by my channel
thanks for a video
Most welcome
Hey man, great video!can you provide an update video?
Unfortunately, I have the space but the city council doesn't allow grow huge tree at my compound. So I don't have an update because I don't plant into the ground.
@@TonysExploration could you provide an update in the pot?
How did u get 2 pots? Did u cut the seed in half where the 2 sprouts were? Love these videos
Hi Sir Tony! can you post an update for the tree you just planted? i'm curious to see the development of the tree😅😅. have a nice day!
Not every tree I kept , since mango take up a lot of space.
Wondering if you can share with me if after planting the seed in a pot, I should keep the pot inside my home or if I can place outside under the sun?
Under the shade first, after germination, then slowly expose to a few hours of morning sunlight .
Sir I don't have a garden, can i use a bucket or something and keep my mango plant in it forever? Will it bear fruits even then?
if you bucket is big enough, then is possible, but don't expect bountiful harvest.
@VishaP-uu6zc , yeah, once i reach retirement age. Right now I still in the rat race feeding my families.
There’s no need to open it, just place the seed with the husk in an open pot for few days once dried place it in the mud and wait patiently and water everyday you will see it germinate
That is the most natural way, but chances of germination will be lower, but I agree with you, yrs method does work.
I grew multiple seeds in water and they sprouted but once I planted then in a pot they seem to die and dry up and info on this? I used all purpose soil with citrus/mango food .
Not very sure without the actual photo. All purpose soil should be fine. I would suggest try direct sow the seeds in soils and skip the water stage. You don't have to give any fertilizer in the early stages.
@@TonysExploration will using miracle-gro transplant starting solution solve the issue? Currently have 3 seeds with leaves but dont want to kill them.
tks for video…shall we get same variety from seed ..pl confirm
No, tree grow from seed are genetically different
Hey, is it okay if we immediately plant the seed in the ground after putting it in a moist paper towel in a ziplock bag for a week?
Awesome video by the way. You got straight to the point! Keep it up!
Is okay , it will work as well
@@TonysExploration I have good news! 😀 My mango plant grew a whole month and the leaves turned green 🥹 thank you so much 😊
@@TonysExploration also I will update my status for my mango tree
i just planted one 3 days ago, and after redigging it to delete the husk - AND I SAW LITTLE SPROUTS. that's my baby now
while waiting for the seed to germinate, did you add water to the paper towel?
As long as is damp, I don't add any water
Very informative video ❤
Can you provide an update video in pot?or transplant it to a larger one?
Very nice I like it
I am growing a mango, this was also helpful!
I don’t use nothing to open it . I learned that one side of the mango is smoothie and the other has the tougher part that gets stuck in your teeth when you hit into it . That’s the side to open it from. Use a knife spoon only to scrape it from the side against the grain and it will already have a part where you are able to open it form with your thumbs . I really want to make sure i I don’t harm the seed😊
What climate is needed for mango growth.
Need warm ....here is average 28 Celcius
Oh and also how long do the mangos take to regrow after you pick them
Thank for sharing ❤
You skipped the most important part. How to place in the soil..
How did You get that much coil? Did You buy it?
Very useful thanks 😊🌱
Most welcome 😊
What about georgia tho. Does it have to be year round heat or.... just like, long enough heat dureing the fruit bareing phases
Sir do i have to water it everyday when it sealed in towel or one watering in enough
No need, as long as it is damp
Can i grow it in Serbia? Its hot summers but snow on winter climate... Hope you will see this
Definitely will not survive the winter
Great video👍
Can i put seed in polythene instead of ziplock bag?
It should work
Hello, I tried to do it many times. In the plastic bag roots and leaves are nice and healthy, but when I put it in the soil, leaves start to dry up. Where is the problem? I watered it quite enough and also splash water on the plant, no change.
Hard to diagnose without actual looking at the physical plant. As long as the soil is correct pH, the soil is damn ,and the temperature is warm enough. Now , if you have pH meter, try to measured that one, at least rule out pH first. Also , when leaves dry up, have you pull out and check on the roots, anything unusual?
Looks so yummy 🤤
It was!
I wanted to plant 100 trees🌲 for environment and I thought Mango plant would be good and then I saw this video...and this one is very helpful ❤️🩹
Wow, that is very inspiring ,keep it up!
7:39 pm
I like the video but here's the problem...you have two pots but one seed...now when you showed the seed with two trees did you separate them or what did you do two get two trees? That was not shown in the video...thought I ask if I'm to follow you step by step to get results 2:52
@@deeroy6339 I am actually planting two pot from two separate seeds. But I only focus recording the video on single pot . If you have happen have two shoots coming from a single seeds ,just trim away the weakest one and focus one single shoots.
Should the seeds be kept in air tight bag or a small holed bag willl be ok?
Air tight would be better.
That’s a huge 5 year tree, Whoah.
Indeed!, and need to prune it every year to prevent it growing too tall!
Did you separate the seedlings to make two different trees or did you just get rid of one
Do you have to continuously wet the napkin or do you wet it once and put away for a week?
Just put away , but keep an eye on it. If start to dry out ..give a few sprays
Very difficult to remove embroyu from seed, any easy method
Just patiently, let the husk dry out for a few days, then it would be easier.
This is the best🎉🎉🎉🎉
My daughters neighbor has a mango tree growing into her yard. I didn't know what it was at first. I assumed it was some type of fruit. I googled it cause it was green & not ripe. I touched one of the mangoes & it fell rigbt off the tree. So i decided to try growing a tree. It's rapped in a damp paper towel inside a baggie. Hopefully, it'll sprout so i can plant it. None of us really even like mangos they'll be good for smoothies or to share with family & friends. Is it true it takes years to get mango fruit ? I forgot how many years it takes, do you know?
А сколько дней нужно для того чтобы положить манго в горшок с землёй ?
I guess as soon as it germinates
How many times a week are we supposed to water it?
very much depends on weather, golden rule is when top one inch start to dry out, then water !
Is it necessary to open up the cover of the seed?
Not necessarily, but speed up the germination and increase the success rate when open up
Please, Ideally, should a Mango bud burst plant about ~1 foot in height get direct sunlight? If so, for how many hours a day? morning? Afternoon? Thank you!
Let it slowly adjust to full blast. That means put in a place whereby it gets a direct hit for maybe 2 or 3 hours , then the rest is under partial shade.
@@TonysExploration okay I understand, at what point should the mango plant/tree get full day of sunlight?
Thank you!
Hi i have a question, i have one month seedling how ofen i can give a fertilizer to seedling ? And wich fertilizer you recommend thanks in advance
When it comes to fertilizer, for seedlings give a very dose. Much lower than the label recommendation. Any type of equal ratio NPK works fine.
@@TonysExploration thank you so much
im trying to grow a mango tree (its already about 3months old), but i live in Portugal, summer's are hot but we have very humid winters, you think it will survive? (im growing it inside my appartment in a large pot, and it is placed in a very sunny balcony (it gets sun from sunrise till sunset) but im planning on planting it on the ground in about 2 years)
If the seed splits by accident when trying to get it out, would it still work ?
If splits ,is, better get a new mango 🥭🥭
@@TonysExploration Did just that. Thank you !
I also plant mango from seed but no result came. Seed get rotten in soil.when me seen after 20 days.

any tipps for that ? ( i living in Germany)
Good and Smooth video btw

any symptom when it die, I am not sure if the temperature is warm enough, but summer should be able to grow!
Good job 😊
Thank you so much 😀
Sir my mango leaves are having black spots ,curling and drying and it is not growing properly can you please tell me what i shall do
Two things , first is check soil pH, and also fungicides. I making assumption because very hard to diagnose without seeing the actual plant
Is it okay if it is 10 inches deep instead of 12?
doesnt matter, eventually you need to plant in the ground
Cfare temperature duhet te jete fara qe te mbije
Above 20 degrees Celsius
Hi! What kind of soil did you use? Great video!
Just normal gardening soil ,with rich compost.
Planted a seed in my farmhouse but im gking to leave in 2 weeks will it be able to grow after tht coz there wont be anyone to water it
Hi, I did this and its seedlings grew up to 30 cm with many leaves but it does not last longer and it dries several times to this stage, but I couldn't do it more than that.
Can we grow mango tree in Toronto Ontario?
It won't survive the frost
I repeatedly open the tissue of mango seeds in curiosity and again closed it making it moist will the seed have bad effect on it??will they sprout
No worries, shld be fine. It will sprout if the tissue remain moist

When should it be transferred to ground from pot?
Roughly 3 month , at least 1 feet tall
@@TonysExploration ok . Thanks
I did grow mango by putting it with container with water (not a fruit or a shell)
Double kick seeds. Awesome
Oh yeah!
How often should you water it?
When the first inch of soil dry out ...then top up water....that is basically once every 2-3 days.
what you have put in yo potting mix?
Potting mix is always a mixture of peatmoss, pearlite, topsoil and organic matters
How much did you water it the first few days/weeks after transplanting the sprout from the bag into a pot?
The first time you can water thoroughly, the next time is when top 1 inch soil start to dry
@@TonysExploration thank you!
How long does it take to germinate. My seed is rotting i think.
How many years does it take for mango sapling to grow into tree?
3-5 years before fruiting
