Sorry to be old and cranky, but you missed the "hidden" part of the gems. Having Tetris, Puyo Puyo, or Capcom arcade ports is far from hidden! Those games had a lot of media to get known by everyone! They're all "Must Play", that's ok.

to play sega saturn games, i usually use Retroarch with yabasanshiro/chronos core
Retroarch - Yabasanshiro, Mednafen Saturn, and sometimes, yabause and Kronos
