Thank you Roberto, I loved this. my favourite tips were the difference between value and quality and also experiment the niche down. I am in the ASMR niche and not sure exactly how tight within the ASMR niche i should be going but for now I am concentrating on role plays and trigger videos and while i was starting to worry I was going too broad this video has given me a bit of reassurance that its ok to experiment a bit and not worry abut it, just learn from it:-) I am early into making my first '100 crappy videos' (end of my first month on youtube) and trying to improve my thumbnails and it's been really amazing an enlightening to scroll through your history of videos and study the development of your thumbnails and titles as you grew as a creator. Really appreciate you 💕🙏xxx

“Quantity leads to quality” I really love This piece of advice because it’s something I’ve struggled with over the past month or so. I thinks it’s important to constantly be working and honing your craft, rather than focus all your efforts onto one video as the time passes between uploads. Of course, it’s about striking the right balance, but the more you work the better you’ll be.
I had to comeback and comment because I watched Roberto religiously to get to where I am today! It took me roughly 3 years to get the stats. I am now waiting for approval for YPP. It feels good to be able to comment this..keep posting those videos and keep improving your content. Your hard work will pay off sooner or later.

Thanks for your tips, Roberto. A great video! I really enjoyed and found value in it. To your question: the one tip I found most helpful was “Quantity leads to Quality”. I think I get too much into the details when editing, choosing the right music or preparing the script. I think I should rather focus on making my “first 100 crappy videos” rather than trying to shoot “the most beautiful videos I can” Patience is my second favourite tip. Good video, thanks a lot. I get so discouraged. I guess it’s the whole “what if I’m wasting my time and this NEVER works out” mentality. Thank you so much! That was very informative, and as a new youtuber, I have a lot to learn! Plus, I think you have an amazing personality - authentic and kind. Thanks, again!
Quantity leads to quality 100%. I was stuck thinking about quality for years and produced nothing. Now I'm cranking things out and improving little by little each video. And I'm loving the process!
Roberto - Best tip - StoryBlocks. Half way through I paused your vid, signed up and couldn't be happier. I've been filming my own b-roll and using (yes...) Flight Sim 2020 to create sunset cloud scenes. I thin that StoryBlocks will elevate my content to exactly what I have been after. (Yes, I used your link too) Thanks so much for your tips.
Wow, I just watched 18 minutes of informative content without blinking 🤩 thank you for these tips. The most useful tip I got from this video was about worrying first about giving value instead of quality content. And also about not using engagement groups to help with watch time 😅
Thanks man. I started with an audio upgrade to the shure sm7b. I’ll use my phone for a long time because so much of my content just doesn’t need an expensive camera to make it work. I try to get a little better with each video. I know with putting out quality content and remaining patient, my passion will become my career. Thank you!

Not only good tips for a new UA-camr but for those that's been here.... They were all good but the one that helps me the most is its OK to grow slow and don't go buying views and subscriber numbers.....Thanks Roberto!

The last tip ,I found was most helpful because you motivate someone to get started or keep going .I was that person a while ago and I got started ,fun process.
Great video! In order to understand which tip Is the most useful to me I have to Watch the video again because It has a lot of information. All the tips are super important especially for a beginner!
It's hard to not get discouraged but I agree, we are rookies, not losers. Microphone and lighting is everything. I can't listen or watch a video if those 2 things aren't there. I'm working on higher retention time overall everything else is slowly coming along, keep pushing everyone!
Just discovered your channel. Thanks for all the great tips. I think the one I found most useful is the tip on being patient. I sometimes get discouraged when my channel is not really going and almost gave up a few times. But I'm really working on being patient and I know I will grow. Thanks again
Thanks for the advice! I just started in November and reached my 4000 hours of watch time. I still struggle with titles and thumbnails. I think my video quality is getting better. 🙂
Valuable content is definitely the way to go for small channels, and is the difference between my tutorials with 30k+ views and let's plays with 10 views
Love that you begin your tips with don't feel discouraged, because that's exactly what us new UA-camrs need to listen over and over again. Thanks for being real and not make UA-cam sound easy, because we all know it isn't.
Great vid Roberto. I think the tip that stands out for me is "Cut the Fluff". I didn't realize in my earlier vids how much fluff I left in there til I re watched them recently. I also didn't know about "Audience Retention". Moving forward when I edit my vids, I will use my cut button like a chefs knife and only keep the tasty bits lol. 😎👍
Your perspective is well-rounded, thoughtful, and insightful as usual, Roberto. I like your advice about experimenting a little at the start and then narrowing down so that we can find out what content we most like to create and seems to resonate most of with people. I also appreciate your point about a lot of folks telling people to simply create better videos and leave it at that. How you do that depends on your target audience and there are a lot of variables beyond that, obviously.
Excellent video and it was a great refresher for me. I shared this with my bro-in-law who's on the verge of starting a channel. THANK YOU for making this and for keeping it real with the new and growing creators out there. We appreciate the honesty and transparency! 😎
The most useful tip to me at my stage is that it's okay to grow slowly. Hearing from you that creating contents for UA-cam is a lot of hard work, is quite reassuring because I was beginning to think I was alone in the business of making crappy videos, and not knowing what to niche down to. I'll keep working to improve myself and my contents while incorporating these very helpful tips. Thank you so much.
My favorite tip was finding your niche and the part about quality over quantity! 🤩It’s something people don’t think of! When I started my channel, I focused on getting better every video and making my videos look greater each time, but I know thumbnails are where it’s at! 😎I’m going to focus on that right now! Great video man! 😍
Thank you for consistently providing useful content for creators Roberto! I always rush my thumbnails so this was a good reminder to go back to the basics.
Beautiful video, thank you Roberto. Favourite tips: ‘Building a system’, ‘quality vs. value’ and the importance of ‘patience and consistency’. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. A great reminder to trust and enjoy the process, I have been loving this UA-cam Creator journey, and the personal growth and metamorphosis that comes with becoming a content creator and using our voice to positively impact others. Thank you for this insightful video ❤️.
Discouragement can definitely be a root cause of defeat and failure. Everyone will grow at different paces don't focus on others focus on finding your passion and share it with others.

Congratulations 🥰
Thank you Roberto 🙏🏼
The systems required to get to consistency. Consistency is my biggest challenge. Thanks for the tips Roberto!
Absolutely Amazing
Great advice😎🤘
Your advice is always on point Roberto. Thank you for all your insights 👍
Valuable content is definitely the way to go for small channels, and is the difference between my tutorials with 30k+ views and let's plays with 10 views
I started my channel i do VOICE IMPRESSIONS
Love that you begin your tips with don't feel discouraged, because that's exactly what us new UA-camrs need to listen over and over again. Thanks for being real and not make UA-cam sound easy, because we all know it isn't.
Pretty dang good message. To the point, humble and real. Thank you for the encouragement.
Thank you. You have no idea how much I needed to see this. Thank you
Your perspective is well-rounded, thoughtful, and insightful as usual, Roberto.
Favorite tip was “Build a System for Your Success”. Thanks Roberto for another helpful video.
Such great advice and this tip is definitely one that has helped me in my journey. My system has evolved over time but just having one really helps!
Dude, thank you for the awesome tips!!
Many thanks for these tips.
Thank you for the tips.
You are so practical and relatable, always. Thanks, Roberto. 💪🏼😎
Great tips as always Roberto! Thank you! 🙏🏻🙌🏻
