  • First ride out on Rebelene since, i fitted the Tom Hurley Heritage distressed leather seat.
In @ Shirlaws motorcycles, getting adjustable levers, optimate charging lead and Keis heated gear lead. Nice Latte too.
Had on new waterproof cordura blk/hi vis trousers from Shyne products on E bay. A whopping £36.99 with free postage. I really like, due to side pockets down the legs, and velcro waist adjusted straps. Comfortable and warm. Bargain.
Seat, firm and supportive, should be beneficial on a longer run.

Thanks! 👍My mate wants his Africa Twin seat done, but keep the original cover, like the touring seat for Bumble.

    Hi Mark
Happy birthday, hope you have a great day 🎉
The new seat on Rebelene looks great, definitely suits the bike.
As I’m so used to seeing your bikes looking incredibly clean, it looks like you’re going to be very busy tonight 🤣
The weather is, hopefully, getting better so I’m sure we’ll meet up again at a bike event somewhere.
    Ride safe TN

I was gonna trade the Meteor in for the Rebel last June. Because of short leggies, and with my health. ( abdominal issues) I was stretching even with low seat, and was sore after pulling bike, back into garage. I really like it. I only had it 4 months, put a lot off accessories on her, and offered a grand less than I paid, add what I spent on the accessories too.
So, I decided to persist, as I do love it when out.
I decided on the Rebel, as I can comfortably flat foot it, which is so much easier for me. The Rebel got that awesome 471cc twin, used in all their 500 models😊
So Bumble, now has the touring seat, which as you know, got the sides fettled and lowered by Tom Hurley. You would not notice, but it’s all internal under the cover😊. So get a bit more feet on the ground, better than being a ballerina on tip of tip toes😂
Just need to get the cam and fuel X fitted. Will wait till it’s a bit warmer. As 2 hour bus trip home, and back for bike.
      Glad you enjoyed. Thanks.🙏

I bought the Rebel cause I can flat foot it. The Meteor am on tippy tip toes, bit easier now that I got Tom Hurley to fettle the Touring seat.
