I definitely agree. The lack of background music even adds to this. Every video seems to have more aggressive music and this is like being with an old friend as I work in my planner.

Sometimes if one side of your face is irritated without any reason. Try to check your sheets, blankets or pillow sometimes if you sleep on that side and you didnt know you are allergic to that sheet or maybe it needs to be wash. Sometimes I sleep with my dog too and we found out he has contact dermatitis.

ive been watching a lot of these get ready w me videos lately and this is honestly the realest one ive seen, in such a pure way - like this is what someone actually doing their makeup is like in the morning. theres some glamorous lovely steps, and some whatever this is my life steps. love it!
I love how stripped down, raw and honest this video is. It reminds me of Glossier videos and this one seems so real and relatable. Unlike other UA-camrs who's clouded with too much editing, sponsor shit, plastic surgery and drama.

First: I actually liked how simple this video was and how it was more true to how her videos used to be.
Second: Just a little psa for anyone with very very sensitive or acne prone skin: I recently bought the urban decay de-slick setting spray because of the great reviews its gotten (including ingrid using it for years) and I was so excited. Usually especially in the summertime my skin gets extremely oily and my makeup looks gross so i decided to give it a try. Within one day of using this spray I woke up with large, painful cystic acne. I had not experienced anything like this in years so I figured it was something else contributing to this problem. I kept using this for a month before I realized that this spray was the cause for my terrible skin and after only 4 days of not using it my skin continues to heal more everyday. Just like how Ingrid broke out from a cleanser that other people loved, this spray completely destroyed my skin. So please please please, be very cautious when using things that you don't know how your skin may react. Just because somebody else loves something does NOT mean that it will always work out well for your skin too

Hi ingrid! i used to have very bad acne and oily skin, what always worked for me when having breakouts was in the evening scrubbing gently with bicarbonate soda (for baking, not baking powder haha) , then putting olive oil on your face for five minutes (helps reduce oily skin) then wash it of with your regular facewash and in the morning 2 minutes of honey on your face (when brushing teeth) does wonders!
