Thank you so much for the complete explanation. Removing the wheel and putting the tire on from the reverse side along with using as many zip ties as it takes to hold down the tire are the keys to having success. I laid the wheel on my work bench and slowly pried the tire on adding zip ties as I went. It took about 15 minutes and it was done.
