- Yes people, what is going on! Many governments across the world have issued nationwide lockdowns. It’s essential that we stick to these rules in order to save lives and get rid of the virus. With new rules issued, it means that we can’t train with our teammates or play games against others. However, during self-isolation it’s important that we stay fit so we’re ready to go when the football is back. Over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to show you a variety of workouts on a daily basis that you can do to keep yourself ticking over whilst there is no football. Day 1 is going to be a plyometric workout. Enjoy!
