- Before I start talking about this video, I must give my thanks to Cat333Pokemon who kindly recorded this for me. Thanks Cat!
So about the song, this is the song that plays during the battle with Pokey at the very end in Giygas's lair. At this point of the game, Pokey's corrupt beyond belief and starts attacking his best friend.
So this song itself, it starts off as a classic 8-bit tune and then kicks into 16-bit metal. The song itself feels epic yet corrupt.
I hope you enjoy, this was really hard to replicate with the default soundset.

okay so you totally blew me away at 1:20 when you mimicked the WOOSH sound effect i n the song.
Considering the limitations of Mario Paint Composer, this is phenomenal. Great stuff.
This pretty show what can be accomplished on the original soundfont, which is a LOT.
Look like you pulled everything from the original soundfont and the program to make this ; intense dickspeed, multiple instrument combinations and volume control for sound effects.
For someone who listened to the original 10 minutes ago, it's really accurate and intense like the original for the second part.
This composition is genious and creative. 5/5 all the way.

Okay, I got the blue skin wrong. He DID have blue skin, but for a different reason.
Later on I found out most people influenced by Giygas turned blue throughout the story. Pokey must have been influenced by Giygas by hanging around other influenced people, and the mani mani statue. Then, at the very end, he turned blue.
And yeah, Ness is the type of kid who would not avoid a kid next door, but he knows Pokey's family is really mad at his because of a loan.

Pokey wasnt really Ness' best friend, just his neighbor. And how he was corrupt? Time travel screwed up his skin color to a blue shade... ugh... and in Mother 3, this time travel continues to screw him up so bad, he is somewhere between 100 and 10,000 years old and can never die. His mind was told to become a minion of Giygas, as he can do that. Because he can. And stuff. lol.

Oddly enough, this didn't take that long. It was a bit annoying at a lot of parts.
This took about 5 hours overall.
