I had an F. B.l agent call me about 6 months ago that I had a warrant for my arrest for a felony, but if I sent them 1k they would drop charges on me!😂😂😂

Wife got that call. I called them back and asked for his badge number and name so i could verify his info with our local FBI office. He hung up immediately

that happened to me too but I got him back I work at an office where we have a lot of free time so I gave his number to twenty of my coworkers and we kept calling him every day for two weeks from 6 am to 4 pm until he changed his number.

The guy that invented the original Nigerian scam was on 60 minutes decades ago, trying to sell his scam even though the story was about him being a scammer. I was watching it with my father and, unbelievably, my dad said that he knew the guy and that he was in basic training with him. He went to the closet, got out what was akin to a yearbook from his Army schooling and showed me the picture of the guy. Said the guy was always pulling scams and shirking his responsibilities. Kind of surreal looking back on it.

Well i join dating site and started swapping text with this woman after swapping about seven text just like that topic changes she said to me she was stack in hotel in Lagos that she needed £200 to get out I told her what has that to do with me and called her scambag she try to pretend she didn't know what I was calling her I tried to report the issue to the site but it's seems they did not bothered

My good friend had a scammer overnight him a check for an old gold wing. He then videoed himself feeding it to his goat. And texted the scammer the video asking for another check.

At the time I was playing with W. African scammers, there were 24 Bank of Americas in Lagos, Nigeria. With a Western Union money transmittal from my bank in the Caymans, using an address for a vacant lot there, I quickly produced in PhotoShop a fake transmittal, I convinced my scammer the money was there with a receipt. With a map of Lagos and the locations of the banks, I'd ask where he was and send him to the most distant bank. After three banks, he began to tire physically, so I offered him a car and driver to take him to the bank, but he had to be prompt. After he missed the car and driver by a matter of a minute or two, I grew tired of the scam and began using every Nigerian insult I could find while waiting between contacts.
Alas, I still toy with a Nigerian now and then, but I have moved on to the Indian scammers who call me almost daily with a computer problem, stolen identity or criminal charges filed against me in Texas. For the phone work with scammers, I use "SpoofCard" to reverse their scam of spoofing phone numbers. When they call back to retaliate, they actually are calling another scammer known to answer on a working number. Having a couple of other people on the phone as confidence men is very convincing to a scammer. If there was money in reverse-scamming, I'd quit my day job because I think I've found my "calling."
Part of me wants to go over to the homeless shelter and ask if someone dropped off a huge check...

Vincent isn't necessarily in on the scam. The scammers usually also put out fake work-at-home job postings. They 'hire' people to do things such as send and receive paperwork and/or checks. Vincent lives at a homeless shelter and may have just been trying to earn a living.
Or he really IS in on it. You never truly know.

I think it would be classified as fraud. Bank fraud possibly? Either way, it's a Federal crime, so someone would be doing the time.

Was recently contacting a gentleman selling a lotus exige and got this gem. I just asked if i could fly down and SEE the car: "If you want to go over there or send someone I will require a minimum of 50% down to make sure that you are serious and after that we need to schedule an appointment with them. Also there will be a fee that you will need to pay of $550. " perfect.

Someone tried to send a money order scam to out company. We called the name on the fedex label, he told us he got mixed in the scam & tried to cancel the shipment but was too late. During this time a guy walked in asking for the package. We told him no, went back & forth for about 10 minutes. He finally left & we took the package back to fedex to return to the poor sucker. Glad he didn’t lose $1700! It was such a weird thing to happen.
I never do electronic transactions even if the ppl seem honest , i like good old physical hand shake and receiving money on spot ..
I feel like I wasted 21 minutes, waiting for a payoff, only to find out that, nope, nothing worth sharing actually happened.

Just a couple weeks ago, a female friend of mine almost fell for this scam, her only saving grace was that she was afraid to give them HER address thinking they just might come steal the car so she gave them my address. Once she told me that a check was coming, I told her it was a scam. Once the check came, the scammer was pretty adamant about confirming the check arrived. I told her to tell him that the check never arrived that maybe someone stole it out of the mailbox. And for him to cancel that cashier's check and resend another one. My tactic was to waste his time and nickel and dime him instead of asking for $200. Just wanted him to print out yet another fake cashier's check and send it priority mail yet again.
When it comes to car scams, Doug is definitely the guy

there was a car scammer in Norfolk , Va two years ago....tried to "sell" two totally different cars with the SAME written descriptions !!! He was approached by a local sailor to discuss the vehicle...after a few moments, the sailor pointed out the SAME ads..the 'seller' tried to back track his story...the sailor and his hidden friends held him for the cops for attempted theft of funds and fraudulent sale...

I had a local scammer YEARS ago. I sent a giant pink envelope. 24” X 36” inch. I waited all day for them to pick up the “mail” and when I saw her walking out to her pickup. I pulled along side. “Nice envelope. I’m Scott.” She threw it in the truck and sped off. The envelope blew out. I picked it up. I never saw or heard from her again.
So close so close, it would have been sweet if the guy was dumb enough to send the $200 bucks.
I think the biggest crime here is trying to sell a WRX racecar for $35,000.

The soft side feature is much better than the old hard side scam. You do not know it till you move. Set up took a little time, and there are no instructions. You will want to make sure that the run in position before added. The scam must be flat and centered . The liner will wrap around the bladder a bit, so do not be surprised. Be sure that the placement of your frame allows for putting on and off. The gig is not moving after the response is added. When adding, use warm approach if you can. The heater will take several days to warm cold water from the hose to a comfortable temp

My favorite response to the scammer once the check arrives......There was no check in the envelope. It was empty. If they're thick enough, they'll spend another $10 to send another bogus check.

Omg! My husband & I almost fell for a scam where we would get paid to have Starbucks put their ad all over our vehicle! We started to get that "this doesn't seem legit" feeling so I called Starbucks corporate office we were soooo glad I did because they informed us that they have never and would never do their advertising in a manner like this and if any vehicles have their ads on them it is because they are company vehicles owned by Starbucks. As a matter of a fact I still have the bogus check they sent us that they adamantly insisted we were to shred asap after we told them what Starbucks had informed us and boy did they became real dicks about it too!! ALWAYS CONTACT WHATEVER COMPANY THEY SAY THEY WORK FOR and never fall for any of their threats either. Lesson learned and glad it was before we lost thousands of dollars of our money.
