Just to put this into perspective for you guys if you don’t already know, this song, Halo On Fire, and Atlas Rise, all 3 of these songs you’ve done so far are from the same album. It’s their most recent album, it came out towards the end of 2016. I just wasn’t sure if you knew that during the reactions of these songs so I thought I’d let you know. I enjoyed the reaction as usual, you guys pretty much had the right idea about the meaning of the song. James Hetfield talked about writing this song, and the way he described it was basically like, if you look at the advancement of technology, it’s advancing at a rapid rate. And also how lazy some people become because of the connivence of technology. At this point, there is technology made to do almost every little task you can think of. At what point does it come when we having technology just flat out living for us? - That is sort of the inspiration for the song. It’s like humans becoming obsolete and technology just consuming humanity and just turning them into machines and then spitting out their bones.
Great reaction. Can you please react to Metallica - To Live is to Die. Its one of their instrumentals and a tribute to Cliff Burton. The bass line is medley of unused recordings that Cliff performed prior to his death.
So ok I'm gonna throw something at you guys. I'm watching and I'm in such happiness watching. But what makes this reaction so amazing is taking the time to spend 30 seconds head banging with each of you. And all 3 of you are banging to a different beat lmao but that's awesome cuz there's so many ways to bang and feel the music in your soul that i was able to bang with each of you on an individual level. Wow. For real you all get it and it's in your own way. And that's exactly whay music is supposed to do. And the genius of METALLICA is that they know this, feel this and exoress this. Absolute musicians
As I see people staring at phones while walking, riding a bicycles, driving, etc, they are like mindless automatons oblivious to everything, this song makes perfect sense.
You guys were close..theres a documentary where they talk about the songs from this new album and james discusses the inspiration behind this song...basically the song is to describe how our lives are so dependent on technology that soon the technology will take over leaving no need for humans at all..hence the title "spit out the bone"
Well, this was some song for a first time Metallica listener. One of their heavier songs, but Priti seemed to enjoy it. And of course you too, Kirti and Savio. I think this is one of their better songs in recent years, and the topic is becoming more realistic day by day. It's all about the transhumanistic agenda, some powerfull people trying to make the human race go into becoming robots without emotion, creativity; just being a perfect worker for the boss. If you have som time left, watch the official video of this song. Thank you for reacting on this one Enoma :)
Yeah, Metallica gets labeled into a few different genres and rightly so, but after you’ve thoroughly learned their entire catalogue, you begin to realize that Metallica is a genre all on its own.
Great reaction. Please do more metal. Jinjer teacher teacher or Pisces is good. Pisces to ease you in maybe. Slipknot-goodbye or snuff to ease in to them too
I loved your reaction! Cheers from Texas!
Even Michael Jackson on your shirt is rocking out to Metallica ;)

The music of the legendary godfathers playing makes many young bands dream but can't. Anyway, Metallica has only 1
