Emily is 100% accurate in regards to California. My son has been stolen from me twice for me disturbing his mothers peace. Dvro. The court endorsed an abduction and I can’t do anything about it. It’s truly unjust. I’m still fighting the system just to be a father to my son. If someone has some info that could help please help
