BBC weather : Good temperatures for all next week I’ll be out and about no doubt

It’s been cold again today with heavy showers in the south pushing into the southern England but not many showers in the North East.
Things are going to change once again cutting off that supply of cold air wind direction we will see Atlantic winds coming in and that will lift the temperatures over the weekend.
Next week is dominated by high pressure the temperatures are on the thumbnail.
Please excuse the weatherman’s microphone again it must be set to sensitive.
Microphone on sensitive once more don’t know why their not noticing. We heard a woman say hello , hello , hello when someone was presenting sport. Talking about sport I’m proud of the Paralympics GB team coming 2nd in the medal table.

I’m happy that the mental health team are yet again coming back to me unfortunately they have no option.
Getting the help and care I desperately need treating me with respect and understanding what I have been through in their services since first admitted 1983 reversing the polarity.
