Drake pendragon Yes. For some of the kids. But you can see that Jesse was a loner, and not a drug dealer. It was his first time when he did it for the cop. Jesse wasn't a bad person
My guess is that someone is trying to win an upcoming election(mayor, sheriff, etc) and wants to make it look like they're doing an amazing job cracking down on drugs on paper.
If anyones wondering thr charges were thrown out by a judge who ruled the arrest it to be inhumame and unnecessary and the boy has since graduated high-school and is doing good
As a school teacher, I feel such strong empathy for these parents. Having a child that struggles with being alone is very, very heartbreaking and difficult.
Clearly not. I spent most of my childhood alone, and it seems like my parents couldn’t have given two shits. Nor did my teachers. But hey, I turned out alright.

Agreed. Then again, when I was 21, I met a female who said she was 18 in front her mother and brother. I talked to her for 3 weeks on the phone txt and eventually online. After a few weeks of us talking online, I was arrested for talking to this female that turned into an uncover cop who mentioned something about changing their age and me asked for clarification about this age change but not getting any was then used as proof that I knew she "could have been a minor" when my last email I sent to this undercover cop was I wasnt gonna do anything with her unless I knew how old she was via government issued ID. I havent had a serious relationship since because I cant trust if its still who I originally met or not if I txt or call or email. It's just safer not to worry or stress myself out over this. this exact thought came to my head within the first few mins. god I've known people sell weed just to get people to piss off, he wasn't even a stoner poor kid.
Sadly, police create sex offenders and drug dealers more often than they stop the ones who already exist lol. About a 90/10 ratio. And this example is proof of that lol
As a parent of a 2 year old autistic son, this made me teary eyed knowing what may be in store for him. From the fitting in at school to being preyed on, it almost makes me hate people.
This man's 100% right! They NEVER go after the bigtime dealers of heroine, cocaine, fentynal etc. Arrest the suppliers of the drugs that are killing people.
I know right? The worst part is, they didn't even bother do that, or try to make it look like any kind of network existed. They just got in front of the press and assertively proclaimed "drug ring" LOL

@@graveygraveyard It is the school that gives the cop the ok to be in the school and doing this. Cop have to have probable cause, like cops can just search your car, or just go into your house. If the don't have probable cause, if they don't have that they have to have a court order. So yes the school can say no the cops. They have no right to be there and what they were doing was illegal. It called entrapment. In all those cases they were entrapping those kids. The cops also not allowed to talk to people under the age of 18. They have to have the permission of their parents or legal guardians.
The cop his only "friend" literally pressured him to get him weed. The kid just tried to keep a friend. His only friend! Thjs guy should be freed. He is *NOT* guilty!
This what happens in small town USA when you're dealing with cops who are extremely bored due to the lack of crimes going on in the area. There's absolutely no reason tax dollars should wasted on a operation like this. But as I previously stated this is what happens when a department is bored and push their officers to make a quota
it is how system works. I live in Bulgaria and is absolutely the same. If the town is not from the biggest ones they create job for themself so more working cops to exist . In my town has 2 police stations with so many structures guess why...kids and people everyday get caught with weed 1 gram. If has no enough crimes they blame people in crimes by making someone to hide drugs in your home or car, things like that. And even they offer small money like 30 bucks for information or things like that.
I grew up here and the cops would sit across the street to pull over kids leaving school. I got two tickets leaving school! Also pulled over for skateboarding after 10pm. Sit down on the curb! What are you doing!
Some people believe they are so important and everyone naturally shouldn't add to their belief more than what society naturally already makes the whole feel.
If that’s the kind of show they’re running on the ground level, I can only imagine the pressure he was given to make arrests. Not excusing his actions, I’d find a new job before I’d do any of that
That's why i dislike the usa, I mean weed isn't hurting anyone, unless dealers re running around selling it to children but other than that I mean weed is just a fucking plant, it bugs me how they think they can tell someone not to grow a God given plant... The usa is too controlling haha

It’s terrible. The officer who targeted these kids must’ve been a real asshole. They aren’t taught well enough on addressing the differences between an innocent person and an evil one. They’re taught to see it as police versus society. And that’s the problem
It’s crazy that they called it a “drug ring” when they had to beg the kids to even get the drugs…the worst part is they didn’t even catch dealers they just caught buyers that were helping a “friend” get drugs

Short Version of the Story: "Cop manipulatively persuades autistic kid into giving him weed by forcing him into bringing him 0.6g of weed, then arrests him. what a prick.
@@climber950 I've been beat by cops without bodycams when they didn't find anything and now my hands have permanent nerve damage as well as my chest. I don't feel safe even walking my dog or sleeping without a gun a second away from drawing. America like many other countries is hell, but sometimes heaven because I'm blessed to have businesses.
It really just breaks my heart that they choose the ones who have disabilities or most bullied, saddest part is it's not just cops who do this, I've seen it first hand how students used a guy I went to school with who is autistic and he wound up physically hurt in the hospital because the students pretended to be his friend his buddy ol pal and made it look like a harmless joke. It was awful, I was so angry and still am because how can you use someone like that that's just sick you know.
I'm half normal and half autistic and I can't just can't believe what the world is turning into, especially towards my kind. I should not be taken advantage over of because of my disability. And what that policeman did to that guy was awful.
James Pickett there is no such thing as normal. We are all born different for a reason. I myself have a learning disability, though i don't have autism I know the struggle of trying to be excepted in a social group. It would absolutely devastate me if this happened to me or a friend. It hurts to know that this happens to kids with all disabilities to "normal kids" all the time even if a cop isn't involved. I had a friend who is also autistic, he is easily talked into things if you made it look like it was just fun and games. Jerks in my school that I went to encouraged him to run into another guy who was very Known to be mentally unstable, when he did the guy wheeled around punched him in the face braking his nose and then hit his head on the metal bar of the glass window and fell and passed out. By the time the guy realized who he had hit he became so frightened that he ran, if he had known who it was he wouldn't of ever hit him. It's very sad and sick when someone thinks it's ok to just hurt someone like that. If it was me, I could never trust anyone ever again.
Isn’t this entrapment? This is sickening grown men preying on high schoolers Damn children with absolutely no power or any connection to actual drug activity. These are not heroes they’re cowards.
Yes it is, a cop can’t ask you to break the law then arrest you for it. Even though he’s undercover, he’s still a cop. But it wouldn’t surprise me with how hard they went at busting up this “ drug ring” if “ deputy Dan” had lied and said he saw the individuals selling to others or smoking weed themselves.
This story is worthy of making a movie out of or a short series. To any Director out there or producer out there I encourage you please make this happen. There truly are not enough movies and shows about people like me with autism.
The architect of the war on drugs was just elected president and an attorney famous for using the policies he wrote to lock up non violent drug offenders for free labor is his vice president. This system isn't going anywhere, and the left has made sure.
He thought he had finally made a new friend. R u kidding me. I want to cry. What a horrible desperate prick. Praying on the weak. Pressured into getting his new"friend" weed. I'm so sad for him.
I think they were looking for people who was SELLING drugs in the area(which is going to be sold to someone unnoticed). I'm not huge fan of America but this simple stuff should be understood.
Bold Erdene I understand that. They did get a lot of people that did already use or sell drugs. On the individual level though, you have to understand that an officer seemed to spend a lot of time with a kid that had no friends so that kid would have done anything for him.
Bold Erdene The law does apply to him but he was almost forced into it by a police officer. When a police officer attempts to make you do something so they can get more money, that should be a criminal charge.
He found him selling drugs which is illegal. Ok, he was autistic but does the law not apply to him because of it? The officer's job is to find people who are OR willing to break the law.
Bold Erdene But when you're actually tempting someone to break the law and trying to walk them into it they should not be charged. Nobody at that school obviously would have done a thing if you watch the full video. Until he was put into a different environment with the only person that would be his friend he would do such a thing.
Fr this is so messed up especially because he has autism and he was really bullied, fuck those cops, I usually like cops but the cop that said yes to this should be fired.
What scumbag says I look forward to seeing you and your son in court? I thought police are courageous, not these ones. They prey on the vulnerable like cowards.
He didn’t have any friends either and got bullied, LITERALLY SAID in the video, he sold the weed to try and make A friend cause he was that desperate, these pigs need to stop focusing on drugs and focus on actual criminals

I still went down a bad path. it took me till I was 45 to recover. please don't follow my lead you can still make a good life it's not over yet. prove you are a better person than they are and be true to you

Omg, I am autistic and this makes me very sad. Also, this happens to us a lot. People will be our friends and then use us as a pawn to frame us for something. It happened to me young so I just stayed away from people. We also basically become obsessed with our friends. We want to keep them we are afraid of losing them or being betrayed. Jessie saw this as an act of loving his friend. We will go to extreme lengths to keep people due to the trauma of losing someone because we don't understand we hurt them or that they are not good people.
Why is nobody calling this cop out for "entrapment?" All of this is "entrapment" simply for the sake of giving police officers something to do. This is just a way for a police department to justify their spending habits.
Thing is they have so much they could be doing that's more important than drugs. There are stacks on top of stacks of unsolved violent crimes that they willingly ignore since it doesnt make them as much money

This is something you need to know for your knowledge and safety, it happens ua-cam.com/video/OTnN-8BDswI/v-deo.html There is a lot of evil shit in America, shit you wouldn't believe, but not limited to America. Its the whole world, its inverted, a blanket example would be pain killers, anti-depressants and anti-psychotics have side effects of depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm risk behaviors, psychotic break downs, lots of deadly physical effects "Get to the nearest emergency room and stop taking medication immediately", *hallucinations, insomnia, dehydration, nausea, lack of appetite (these bold highlighted side effects are all connected and do opposite of what happy body needs like sleep, food)* . Then while all these medications, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, energy drinks that are lethal are legal, cannabis is illegal which you cannot die from or even be hospitalized from cannabis. That how America is and how the rest of the world is inverted, twisted, negative energy perpetuating all the time with everything from food to social media. The source of this system comes from the people who rule it, they make the policies, they OWN the governments and corporations for everything from war, food, electricity, transportation, trade. They control it all, I hope they cut the switch and give us a reason to fight or something to fight like a Private Military Corporation to gain security and war real estate in America to patrol. Hoping for high dissent rate for military despite threats personnel may receive for refusing orders. Sorry but I hope there is revolution war and an opportunity to divide the un-reasonably authoritative from the people who believe in the rights of humans to not violate life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of another human being. The world is being divided for the people to fight amongst themselves into many sects, there should only be 2 sects. Those who are evil and authoritative, then those who value freedom in all aspects. They ruin peoples lives and feed on it, investing in law firms, prisons, the rich communities get all the budgets then the poor communities get nothing but what they got by on before. With the constant rising inflation of our Dollar the value of each Dollar is less, then with the cost of living going up the middle class is starting to become poor, the debt of the nation increasing with "borrowing" from international central investment bankers. This country is future war real estate, no country is safe from war forever, money to be made off the international military industrial complex of weapons and security surveillance technology, Private Military Corporations like Asgaard out of Germany. It can happen, hopefully sooner than later because these younger generations will be made too docile by technology and waiting in lines to fight it even on a psychological level, many will be too programmed with propaganda made to divide and program people who cant think for themselves. World War 3 will come and I want to turn that shit on its fucking head, the world is giving into fears, authority where its not needed, trading freedoms for security.
Everyone who I commented on had something empathetic about what they said, whether sharing their feelings or thoughts against what society has become versus what it should be. Just want it to be clear through the blanket I made example of pharmaceuticals what they say they do but what the legal doctor pills really do, society is like that. cops around the world are very different from the cops from America, sure there are still gonna be bad cop somewhere but in America...they are special, and now George Floyd...
Love to Jesse and his family. As a high schooler with autism I understand the stress and struggle of social life especially with other teens. And for his one "friend" to do that is just messed up. I couldn't even imagine... if i was with that officer they would probably have to taze me cause I definitely wouldn't be holding back. I love the majority of officers who are genuinely good people. But when u get people like this thats one more thing that ruins a police officers image.
I'm also on the spectrum, I have no friends and to be fair I don't want no more since I've really never had a true friendship and the amount of betrayals I've had is crazy.
There's an accusation of sexual harrassment against a 15 year old girl while undercover as a police officer? When the mother said "Do you remember my friend?" I teared up; that's just a sadness of humanity.
This isn't "breaking up a drug ring", this is convincing impressionable young teens to buy drugs by harassing them for a year till they get worn down and just do it.
Just remember everytime you hear some bullshit like that "Drug ring" shit, just remember it was a 9th grader who got caught with a fucking basically empty bag with a piece of weed shake.
Being a cop is just like any other job in the end - all the boss cares about is that you give them the numbers they want, so if you've gotta fudge the numbers then that's what you do. Tricking kids into selling drugs doesn't actually bust any drug rings, but you can pass it off as that for long enough to get convictions - and convictions equal cash for the police department.
So they RUINED 22 teenagers lives for what? They have felony charges for selling drugs. How are they supposed to get in to college or get a decent job? Some these kids are just normal teenagers trying to make a friend. In no way are they a threat to society. This is disgusting.
Law enforcement are a bunch of little bitches who think they're all that because they have a badge. Most of their time is spend doing bullshit like this they arent dealing with REAL criminals. Did this operation catch some local kingpin? no because when they're put face to face with real gangsters they're little bitches.
Oh PU-LEEZ you think the autistic was gonna make it into college? These kids didn't care about their education because if they did, they would stop and fucking think. Oh wait i can mess up my college resume if i do this. Yea its wrong but its not that bad. They're gonna end up at Burger King anyway.
EGamer the point is the disabled kid stole from the undercover cop. if he didnt pull out 1.4 grams of weed out of the cops sack so that he can smoke it himself the cop would have targeted someone else. the cop got the disabled kid cause he robbed the cop in my opinion.
Debbiiee's Hub the cop was told by someone higher up as his job. So technically we the people (citizens) should email or ask our senators to abolish this practice. It's really easy to get mad at that specific cop but he was not the only one involved. What they did tho was rly fucked up

I'm so sorry, I'm really upset too. this is making me well up and I want to cry, it's so unnecessary and unfair.

His reaction to the NIN song made me tear up. I'm autistic as well and my heart just sinks at this story

Marijuana is criminal... but entrapping a handicapped kid isn't criminal? What the fuck are we doing in america?
When will we hold law enforcement to the same laws we have to abide by? This place gets more and more fucked up as the days go by
