Just looking at the label, there are 444 servings per container. A serving is 1 Tablespoon (14.4g.) A tablespoon is also 15 ml. So the bottle would have to contain 6,660 ml (6.66 liters.) A serving is also 14.4 grams, so the same container would have to weigh 14.09 pounds. That doesn't look like a gallon and a half jug to me. 3:55 those big Elton John glasses look stupid. Shouldn't quality testing have happened before it was bottled?
When I first saw the pink sauce I thought it was just ranch with red food coloring but then I saw her actually making it and also on top of her not telling people what it taste like. People were making the pink sauce themselves and lots of people said it was gross so I’m guessing that when making her tik tok vids that she uses ranch. Other thing is that the pink sauce contains milk which during shipping not only does it say not to refrigerate but obviously it’s not being refrigerated during shipping which has something to do with the color of the sauce, almost all of the bottles were bloated when people got them. The biggest red flag about this is that fact that she doesn’t know what FDA means and she’s selling a food product, that alone should make ppl not want to buy it. I’ve also heard cases of ppl getting really sick after trying it,(which I believe could be true) but I’m not sure if they are true
I'm surprised the FDA hasn't shut that shiz down! That shiz is disgusting 😒 People buying it and being disappointed about what they got deserve every bit of it. 💚💙❤️
9:40 guess I’m an ass, but I agree with that idea that the consumers are dumb for supporting her. The sauce color literally changed. It’s a BRIGHT color. Things bright in color are usually poisonous. Plus the fact that she wasn’t transparent with the process an it also being $20 is kinda why ppl shouldn’t have bought it in the first place. Screw small businesses if they can’t make safe products. Not everyone is entitled to success cuz they small. SMH
Her arrogance right out the gate telling prospective customers to “calm down” is absolutely unprofessional. As if she is doing them a favor by doing what she is supposed to do. i.e. FDA testing, etc.
The worst problem is that I bought this sauce and had an allergic reaction. I have celiac disease and I can not eat wheat, rye, or barley. When I consumed this sauce, I had a reaction to it, since the label did not specify if it was gluten free or not. In the nutrition facts, it didn't list wheat or that it was processed in a facility that also processes wheat, so I thought it was safe. BIG MISTAKE. She needs to realize that it's dangerous to be selling stuff like this for 20 dollars, and not give a clear allergy listing. Edit: please stop arguing in the comments. Above all, I don't need negative replies right now. I know you probably won't stop even if I ask, but I really can't deal with this right now.

"According to the Cambridge dictionary, a cook is 'someone who prepares and cooks food', while a chef is 'a skilled and trained cook who works in a hotel or restaurant'" aint no possible scenario where this individual is an actual chef the way she operates. She probably cooked some meals for a few of her friends that liked it and she thinks that makes her a chef.
Also chef is like in charge of other cooks.
Spot on! I checked this out after Kay of Kay's Cooking claims she is a chef but never worked in a restaurant. Like me she only took cooking classes and that don't translate into a chef. A chef must know how to make mayonnaise and Kay don't even know how to emulsify oil and egg. I'm a home cook but at least I know how to make mayonnaise.
I love how August points out all of the problems with the pink sauce, acknowledges them, and then still tries the pink sauce about a year and a half later

Botulism
What’s Botulism? Never heard that before in all honesty
@@midnightthesmartfox9981
It's a toxic systemic reaction to the bacterium C. Botulinum.
It's very rare, and most often comes from contaminated/improperly preserved food.
Babies are most susceptible because they are so small.

You know, I could-theorically-mix both ketchup and mayo together (to get the "pink sauce" I still love to this day and grew up with) and sell that. And I bet that would sell better than Chef Pii's pink sauce because it be just mayo and ketchup mixed together (two sauces that ARE FDA approved) and might even taste better than her pink sauce. I'm just saying. Someone could do that, and claim it's a better, FDA-approved pink sauce, explaining that it's just mayo and ketchup mixed together, which would sell quite well due to how good mayo and ketchup taste mixed together.
Honestly you could.
mayochup is sold in stores already lmao
There's already a bottle like that with Ketchup and mayo mixed together (Heinz). And yeah it won't come out as pink. But it guarantees taste better than that hot garbage.

The fact that it has both _raw honey_ and _milk_ in it, without being refrigerated, is concerning as frick
There were reports of people getting botulism from it because of the raw honey. Botulism is a bacteria that forms when canned goods aren't processed properly and can potentially cause paralysis and even death.
Considering that botulism toxin is one of the most poisonous substances on earther, your concern is valid.
Milk more than anything, honey literally never goes bad, even the one found in ancient Egyptian tombs is completely safe for consumption lol
@@sussybaka119 I'm corcerned how there was honey in an Egyptian tomb.

@@OliverTeLouie Really, that's what's concerning? Honey has been used as food since mankind first discovered it. This was _way_ before Egyptians used them as offerings for the dead to eat in the afterlife, as well as natural ingredient for embalming the dead.

On one hand, buying sauce from some random person on the internet without doing research to try and make sure that it would be safe to eat when you got it is a little stupid, but on the other hand selling a sauce to people on the internet without making sure that it would be safe to eat after the people got it is outright irresponsible

Its ironic how she later gets mad at all of the comsumers for their reveiws, like bruh.

This is so strange. It gives me a visceral reaction I just can't explain. Pink sauce is just...vile.

So apparently it has mayo in it that's how the sauce look more light pink with the dragon fruit, so that's another missed ingredient. And also the person who recreated the pink sauce actually said it was good so I've never tried this before but if I ever do I would probably give my opinion on it
Recreating it using good ingredients would taste good. Colored ranch would also taste good. It doesn't matter how good it is before it spoils
That doesn't have mayo in it, you can tell by the consistency
if i wanted pink sauce i would literally just mix ranch with red food coloring, because ranch is white and mix it with red you'll get pink, and it would actually taste good and not make you sick, i would never buy or recreate her "pink sauce"
