Curl Enhancing Bentonite Clay Demo | Removing Build-Up Without Shampoo

New month means its time to clarify my hair and because I am not a fan of the way shampoo leaves my hair feeling nor looking, I opt to do clay washes instead. This video shows the process of how I remove build-up with Bentonite Clay and Apple Cider Vinegar. I prefer my Red Moroccan Clay but I have a HUGE tub of Bentonite and I am 1 mask away from finishing the tub so I thought I'd show you all how I use it. I used 1/2 cup of Clay + 1/2 Cup of ACV.
I followed up with a deep conditioner after I finished showing you all the results.

I saw somewhere on IG that apple cider vinegar wasn't good for our hair or to be ingested can I substitute the apple cider vinegar for like an oil?

You can try Aloe Vera Juice or plain water will work as well.
