Only use this shampoo once a week if you use a lot of styling products or live in a very polluted city. Overdoing clarifying shampoo will lead to dryness, breakage, and hair loss! If you have straight hair and don’t use a lot of styling products, use clarifying shampoo 1-2 times a month. If you have curly hair then use clarifying shampoo every two weeks, since you need a lot of styling products to maintain your curls.

The crazy thing is my roots are always oily but the year it went through dryness and dry patches on my scalp. So I had to use oily shampoos. Now it’s back to being oily and I wash my hair and it gets oily at the end of the day 😭 I need tips
