- Today is the day that myself and my campervan have been waiting for ! We are having our campervan furniture installed to our self built campervan.
This campervan layout was designed by myself and Danielle along with vanz adventures.
It took alot of prep work to get to this stage and I couldn't of done it without you as a viewer! Thank you!
We needed to make sure the van conversion panaling was done correctly to acomedate the furniture because it is rebuilt and then installed into the van, for it to fit correctly we needed to get it right!
Campervan overhead u it's with dimmable LED lighting, shower unit, headboard and kitchen pod installed and I'm blown away!
It only took them 4 hours to install it all.

Back doors, put the windows in it and use the RC fabric cloth on panels. Lower half in garage area you could do in checker plate or diamondplate, you can get lightweight aluminium versions.
Back doors two windows with a bit of suede surrounding and the bottom half the rubber flooring in black so you can wipe it down if it gets dirty I'm sure you can get that in a diamond or square pattern. 👍 Less truck driving and more exercise to fit in that shower 😂🤣😂🤣
If you use proper trim clips rather than screws on your rear door panels they won’t come loose

I’d trim those rear doors the same as the roof. Looks proper slick. 😎😎😎
If you can edge the board on back door... with a rubber black trim.. that fits snug around edge .
And behind and hugs the front. That would make it ping.
For screws get some tank bond stopper.its made for this.
Now ya cush velvet liner ... of screws are on outside .. possibly black or silver ...and are more or less uniform ...
It can look good. Keep the lower half white...
Maybe gloss ,hard wearing or like a pvc splash panel.. then it can be wiped clean.
There maybe be a wire above the sliding door that was for the original factory convenience light. I just used that for the LED strip cable cover. 👍🏻

Whatever trim /finish that is decided ,some channels use industrial velcro and removable trim panels!

Great van. On the back door, you could put some stainless steel checker plate to stop the bike tyres rubbing.
Carpet bottom the uther stuf up top and trim clip it
Could the steps to get on the bed have been made a part of that panel underneath so they were built in. Liked that other vans idea with the back doors and the different color fabric. Could just carpet the bottom half. Maybe where they had the different color panels in the back doors….maybe a flip down table built in where back windows were? There is so many awesome ideas I’m sure the community will come up with

Its coming on nice mate but good luck having a comfortable or meaningful shower in that small cubicle, in my mind thats just a waste of space. Are you having a toilet in there too?

Have a look at cork for your back doors. I'm using cork in my van. Light weight, insulating, and sound deadening too. I don't know why more people don't use it.

Iv a bed in my van with a steel frame that has a slide out on heavy duty rails that slides out to make a double bed I’ll see if I can get a picture over to you as I think this might work well in yours.

Love the build, where did you get your head cloth/roof lining please?
How do you spot gnats , mosquitos etc on that dark carpet lining ..they are easy to swat on light wood and clean off well too .
