Homemade pantry mixes and herb blends are the only way to always have what you and your family likes, take your family members' dietary needs and allergies into consideration, and it being just plain healthier. I am an avid label-reader and see that so many commercial items have been cheapened down, and many are now full of fillers, soy, and MSG to enhance the flavor with inferior ingredients. I have family member who bring glass jars to me!
Just discovered you - love your mixes! Do You use buttermilk in your pasta recipes because it is cultured? Because it is thicker than milk? I'm very curious. Always looking for the healthiest version. Thank you
Not to mention unhealthy fats and ingtedients with names that are unrecognizable. If something has more than 4 ingredients, I won't even consider buying it, except for organic bread.

Also can you please do a video of making biscuits with the buttermilk powder please? I think I may just make a pantry full of jars for my daughter for Christmas.
