In this video, I go over my fog lamp harness and installation. It will allow you to add fog lamps to your vehicle and use the factory switch to activate them.
Not taking anything away from Matt, lots of info and good video. I own a 2015 Tahoe LT, I got low/High beam LEDs and was going to replace fogs with LED. Most auto manufacturers low beam and fogs use same bulb. But with my Tahoe OEM bulb connectors, they aren’t rounded like low beam bulbs on ends they are square likes these OEM harnesses. So I got some bulb connectors from Oriellies that are rounded on each end and the H11 low beam bulb will work with. The H11 LEDs will work with, I just need to make sure of polarity before permanently splice connectors. I used Headlight Revolution website for LED info on what LEDs are best. They also have video on UA-cam that will help you make your selection. Hope this helps, I like that Matt is using OEM wiring harnesses. My Nissan Truck didn’t come with fog lights but had all the wiring, I just had to order OEM kit. Which had light switch on included turn signal lever and fog lights $150.00 it was plug and play.

Everything needed and the fit and look of OEM without a BCM flash. If anyone needs to do this install, this is the way to go. Professional seller all the way...

Yes, it will work. It does require the addition of a couple extra wires. Send me an email at cmattbuild1@gmail.com and I’ll get you to verify a few things. The BCM can be flashed to enable the indicator on the cluster. That would be done by another vendor like White Auto and Media Services.
Matt, I would like to get the inside part of the harness from you. I have the lamps installed and wire run to fuse box, and factory Fog lamp switch installed. Would it be possible to get just the inside piece and not the whole kit for a 2015 Tahoe?
That’s correct. This harness is designed to work with the factory switch. If you have an aftermarket switch you would prefer to use, send me an email to cmattbuild1@gmail.com with its details and a pic. I’ll work with you to see if it can be integrated instead.
After install do you have to Bring back to Dealer to Reprogram the BCM ? i did a Similar upgrade on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with no Fog Lights after i had to go to Dodge Dealership to Program BCM to work with New Switch
No need for BCM programming with this harness. The latching relay takes care of that. However, if a dealer knows how to program the BCM to turn on the fog lamp feature, you can remove the latching relay and have true, fully functional factory operation.
