Wonderful comparison. I have the Flair 58+ and you're right. It's a great espresso maker. I love it. The experience is awesome. I am so glad you brought that up. I think it adds to espresso shot itself. Haha. Looking forward to your growth here on youtube!

Good comparison. Would have been good to hear if the flair produced superior shots with more pressure profiling techniques vs straight comparison.
That is really the power and attraction of the flair.
    Thanks for your content! 😁

You remind me of Justin Gaethje. I'm going to assume the work trip was a fight for the BMF belt.

You just have a similar look and way of speaking. I noticed it in a different video, and then saw this one where you were wearing glasses and the comparison heightened.

This is definitely better quality but I don’t think it’s worth the extra price over the rocket for home use

I've had a Breville for 6 years and recently the steam wand started acting up. I looked at upgrading to the dual broiler, but they are really expensive. So I looked at stand alone steamers. There are "commercial milk steamers" for around $400. I ended up buying a used Bellman. I thought it came with an heating pad, but it turned out to be an electric Bellman. I can taste the heating element and the steam wand sucks. Plus I'm used to the wand pointing east.
I fiddled with the Breville and got the wand working again, and went back to it. It was sweet having a "dual broiler" setup though. Sending a shot while steaming milk felt like I was playing in the big leagues.
This all lead me to discovering the Flair 58. I've spent the past week obsessing over it. Along with grinders, scales, kettles, workflow tools, weird gadgets, ect ect. I'm going to slowly start buying the necessities, and in the spring buy a Flair 58. Then I'm going to give my brother my Breville because he loves the Americanos that it makes.
Until then I'll keep stalking your videos to live vicariously through you.

Flare is running a Presidents' Day sale, so I ordered a 58+ last night. I also bought a used Pietro grinder off of Ebay last week. Originally my goal was to find a stand alone steamer because my Breville's steamer is dying, but ironically the Breville will be demoted to a stand alone steamer until I complete my main quest.

the Flair 58 can easily make much better shots than the LMLM (stock without mods) and more convivence and time saving 😌
