There just something so special about these moments that makes baseball the American past time. The family being there to experience it, and the fact that even the fans of opposing teams acknowledging that something special is going on and are cheering for him, what a great time for baseball.

This has been a terrible year. But games like this give us hope for the future. The pitching has been horrendous, especially the bullpen. Winning some games with stellar rotation pitching and some offense makes me think the team will get it going in the next few years.
I mean, what's next in line for contention? A two-game win streak?

It seems like every year we have a horrible team, we have a no-hitter or perfect game. Randy Johnson’s perfect game came in the midst of the worst overall year in franchise history (so far), Edwin Jackson’s no-hitter was during another 90+ loss season where the team finished last in the division, and this year needs no explanation
Legendary accomplishment, to do it in front of his family too. Rattle on D-Backs! Shoutout to Varsho too, especially since he walked it off the night prior

From catcher point of view, its special moment n an indescribable feeling to catching for him, as well the fielder who back him up to give their best to help him achieve that feat

Looking out at the audience with all the cell phones out. I just dont get it. You are witnessing a once in a lifetime moment. Rather than living that moment to its fullest, your attention is on taking a video of something that is already being videotaped. This was truly something special I gotta say.

Yeah, but it's a lot more special to be recording it yourself. The people are still living it to their fullest, since they are there in person, while also having their own video of the event that they created themselves.

@@odonnellcaleb It's the second, but the first complete game no-no since then. The Cubs had a combined no-hitter against the Dodgers right after the MLB clamped down on sticky stuff.
When there's something worth celebrating, enjoy it. Goosebumps seeing the crowds like that.

I love baseball because you never know up until the moment that it happens that history could be made on any day from April til October. Nobody can deny that the his father experienced one of the purest forms of joy a parent could possible experience that night. Dam got goosebumps watching the end.

I’m having my first son in two weeks. This is every Dad’s dream. To see your son be so successful at something they love. I just can’t imagine.

What a season for baseball. Ohtani, Field of Dreams game, and beautiful moments like this are what the game is all about!
Was there with my son, daughter, and their friend, and been going to games myself since I was a kid, and never been in attendance for a no-hitter. It was a special night for us, and to see how things went down on the broadcast, while also seeing Tyler's family's reactions, makes it even better.
We've been present for more disappointment than I'd like to admit, including this season, but wow, that's why we still come to the ballpark in a 38-74 season. (The bobbleheads weren't the redeeming factor of the night! Yippee!!)

One of my favorite parts of this No-No is at 2:58 and seeing how hard the catcher really wanted to preserve the no hit bid and going hard after the foul ball. I know all catchers do this regardless of the situation... But you can imagine he wanted to waste no opportunity to do his part and it's def felt here. Love to see that in team sports.
I watch alot of baseball, both live and TV; very few catchers would've even gone for that foul ball since it was way up the line and headed back to the net. Seeing Varsho bust out of that box in the slim chance he could get the out was great to watch and shows how much the players cared about that no-no too.
I'm kinda new to Baseball and that's one reason why I already love it!
The center fielder went home tonight just as happy as Tyler, both for his team mate and for not dropping the make it or break it final out
