Strap the kids to the hood and roof. That's what Dad did with me and my 7 brothers. Only had two seats in the truck, and the back was filled with scrap. Worked well enough.
I didn’t want to be a minivan mom but at a certain point we needed the extra room. To be clear I’m a nervous driver and only had small cars (a Mazda 5 was our last one) In 2020 we got a 2015 Odyssey and it has a tv AND a vacuum. I transported a treadmill in this thing! It fits all the camping supplies and enough room for 8 people. I love it. 🤗
Same!! Just had my 4th baby and hoping for another 2 in the next few years and the suburban is definitely the way to go. Plenty of seats and plenty of storage in the back 🙌🏻
Got the 2012 chrystler town and country back in 2015. I was single with no family. I worked at ADT and opening the sliding doors and hatch with the remote sold me. Plus all the extra room for tools and equipment 👌. I no longer work for ADT but I've moved a lot of furniture in it. Even in the rain 😁👍👍👍👍👍
I’m due with number 2 soon, and we’ve talked about maybe having a third. Personally, we’re ev owners with a compact suv, so if we go for baby number three, we’re getting the full size, 6 seater 2024 Kia EV9. We are guessing we couldn’t get it used in a few years, but if we could we would like to. Once you go ev, you can’t go back. It isn’t for everyone, but we love it.
No lie. Toyota sienna are the best omg. The new too trims are faster than a lot of my sport cars at 5mph roll. They are the best to drive and are super convenient. I want one i dint need it.
Minivans are the true gigachad car. Need to transport 8 people? We got you. Need to haul an insane amount of stuff + a tow hitch? Yeah it can do that. Need a car that can get great speed and likely won’t get pulled over? It can do that too. Want a good family car AND a good guys/girls trip vehicle? Yeah and that. It’s the PERFECT vehicle!!
Couldn’t do it! When we had our third child we had to give up our 4-runner. We upgraded to the Sequioa - absolutely love it and plenty of space in back 😊
Never. We had a Pilot until we needed to put in a 5th car seat and it wouldn’t fit. We upgraded to a Suburban. No minivan for me but they are getting nicer!
Having a 3rd baby so need a mini van - did you research the best one? Not looking forward to a car payment but we have no room in my versa!! 😂 @thebudgetingwife
Proud owner of a Honda Odyssey. Best purchase ever. I feel rich when I drive it.
My minivan feels so fancy honestly. Lol
Got a highlander in 2020, switched to minivan in 2023 😂 love it, only regret is not getting it right away
Nothing is cooler than a vehicle that has vacuum built in to it 😂 and the sliding doors are the most convenient thing ever
It took almost 2 years on the wait list... But as a proud Sienna owner, could not be happier
i will spend my life’s savings on a suburban before i will ever breathe in the direction of a minivan.

Love my suburban more than plenty of room for family of 7

I currently have a highlander, and I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby, and now we're out of space. 😂 minivan it is!

As a dude who drives a CR-V, get the minivan. I dont need all space, but if i did, i’d have a minivan.
Yep! I hear that. 2018 Nissan pathfinder…get the minivan!!! 😂

Love this! I wanted a highlander!!
2005 lincoln aviator has 3 rows, and its fairly reliable for a luxury car bc it has the 4.6L v8 from a mustang!
I own one of these so im biased just to clarify
Chevy traverse has a third row. There's plenty of room. It's pretty much like a Van.

I want to be a minivan mum 😂
But I love my Highlander 😫
I love my highlander!
I love my Kia Sedona minivan !!
"What's the stigma, that it's too convenient?" 😂

Noooooo
If you need a minivan (and i mean actually NEED it) then you should have stopped having kids about 3 pregnancies ago.
Never ever get a minivan.
