Your Beliefs Are Not Your Identity

Identity is complex, and a lot of the ideas we hear from our communities can become engrained within us. But that doesn't mean those ideas are true, and we shouldn't feel like we need to hold onto them forever. And if we change, we shouldn't be mad about not being true to ourselves.
