I'm so happy someone else did a reddish to dark brown with this product like me! I was so shocked when I washed it out and my hair was BLACK! 😂 It looked great but so very dark. I was wishing for a deep pretty brown like yours mine was straight up black lol the shine was gorgeous!! The clear works great for reviving your shine too!
I was thinking of trying the other brown color! Maybe that one won’t be as dark. Mine has finally faded a ton but I’m having a harder time trying to fade my extensions 😬
Semi permanent color cannot cover grays. You need color with developer to do that. Not the product’s shortcoming. It’s user error and lack of knowledge.
I’m curious if you ever do decide to change the color of your extensions if washing it out over multiple sessions would be successful at removing the color or lightening it.
So I’m going to try an experiment! They are so dark now and don’t match at all so I’m going to wash them a ton with a clarifying shampoo and see if it works! I’ll let you know 🥰
My hair is about the same as your red was starting. I just went red with a semi permanent color recently over a blonde balayage. The red is faded and I just want something that looks more natural. I just bought this but I’m nervous to use it… especially where it’s almost black (which I have had before) I’m just used to light. I’m just hoping for even color and curious what color it fades to and how fast
So I have washed it probably 4 times now and it’s really starting to fade but only on the top. The bottom is still pretty dark. I think I will have to touch it up soon on the top because you can really see the difference. I’m thinking I might try the 5G once this fades more. It is dark, but it’s a really pretty color and it made my hair feel so healthy. Good luck!! I’m sure it will look beautiful 🥰
@@ndrose you mean the actual color? I’ve washed it twice now and it still looks the same! It’s def lighter on the top but the mids and ends are pretty much black!
It's very dark! My hair was black for like a week. I washed it many times with dandruff shampoo and it's finally a little lighter now. My ends are still darker than the rest now though which is annoying.

Me too. It would be a great way to grow out grey hair painlessly; no 'skunky' look.
