Hi Gordon! I have a video interview coming up and wanted to ask, in terms of motivation question e.g. why X firm, is it fine if I use the same answer as I did for my application?

I think it’s fine but limit it to 2/3 reasons, remain organised and don’t be too long-winded and be clear what you want to say

Just a quick Q. I have my interview tomorrow. Do you get marked down for looking down at your notes and writing during your 30s reading time?

I don’t recommend looking at your notes while answering questions, but I think you can write stuff before answering
