Well as I live in Finland I do spot some rad European cars quite often but what I see daily is my neighbor's Saab 90 (a Saab 99 with a 900 front end) which was only manufactured and sold in Finland. Beside that I usually see a Citroën BX4TC and a Plymouth Superbird on my way to work

You can just go to a dealership and look at a new Supra. A trashy, old Corvette is something you see every couple of weeks. Slightly more rare.

What’s great about doing this in California is the rust hasn’t killed all the older economy cars. If you were in the rust belt, you’d only see 2010+ cars.

As an elder millennial, this was a fun trip down memory lane. Half of these I remember as just the older folks around holding on to their vehicles, and the other half were new or gentle used. Egads, when did I get this old???

So many cool cars spotted in the video. The 5th Gen Accord is probably my favorite Accord of all time (the first one appears to be '96-'97, the second one appears to be '94-'95; based on the trunk). I've never owned one though, ironically.
The Previa is another favorite of mine. We didn't have an All-Trac, but it was a '95 LE with a Supercharger and dual sunroof. What I missed most is the second row captain chairs that rotated 180 degrees 😁
The Z32 is another cool one.
I also agree; California needs to bring back those sunset 80s plates. I would love to have one! Not gonna lie, seeing those type of RVs brings mix feelings (cool retro design, but also realizing it's probably someone's home out of necessity because of the housing crisis in California).
Long story short, lots of cool vehicles spotted. Thank you so much for sharing and hopefully it wasn't too hot on this day. Stay cool and stay hydrated!

The first Grand Marquis is a 03 or 04 based on the rims and taillight. Also a LS model with those rims and keypad on the door. So you are correct! And they also were built in Canada.
The 2nd Grand Marquis is more than likely a 01 or 02 model and those rims you like are the HPP rims that eventually ended up on the Grand Marquis LSE and Crown Victoria LX Sport.

10:40 I can chime in on the C4 Corvette! That is a 1984-85 Corvette because in 1986 the third brake light became mandatory and would be on the roof above the rear hatch.
In this case it looks like a previous owner fitted a later model rear bumper with the squared-off taillights (90s design) and an integrated third brake light above the Corvette emblem (a feature on convertible models).

The sun is brutal in some parts of California and the paint on old cars is one stage, color only. The sun burns it off and after that the surface rust starts.

How often do you get car owners asking why you are filming their vehicle?

Love your content! But you should blur out people's license plates and home addresses. Easy to figure things out about people through those addresses and license plates unfortunately.

Ill continue to watch your content either way. Just a suggestion. I did look at your link you sent me. But I can assure you, you can find out quite a bit from a license plates number. Good luck finding that mint Pontiac fiero!

03-11 is correct. The best way to tell is the offset of the wheels. The 98-02 had a lower offset wheel and the 03+ had normal higher offset wheels like the one in the video.
