Lol I’m over here looking at baby maxs and came across this video. And was like I just did one like this at my shop. Glad you’re happy with it 😀
Did you do this one?
@@DannyRickRick yes
@@siclt1 well that’s FUCKING random!!! Good job man
Dope looking rig. Got mine coming next month. Ordered my wheels and rubber toooooooo.
"What I do have is awesome" looks nice and I just bought my 2020 silverado z71 lt thinking about putting on some tires and a 3 inch lift
I got a 21 dmax 3.0 also same wheel setup with 2” leveling kit lost mpg but I installed the ag diesel solution to bring back my mpg and gain power. From 24 to 28mpg city.
whoa whoa whoa!!! Whats this ag diesel thingy?? I need one....thanks man!
Hello
You would need a 21800 module for your application. The 21800 is a fuel rail module that adds fuel volume/pressure to keep the engine at its peak performance. With the added power the engine will not have to lug as hard and in return save on fuel. As the fuel is added, it converts it to a finer mist which also aids in fuel efficiency. Our modules comes with a 30 day money back guarantee as well as a lifetime warranty.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you,
-Emily
I asked how does it work and that the link and their reply. Best thing about it plugs to the fuel rail easy.
@@solis4920 awesome... and it worked out for ya?
So far so good it gets up and go on take offs, don’t even have to give it much gas. I been driving it at the 45hp gain no issues and mpg been great as they advertise. I did my first towing and I recommend that on the medium which is 30hp.
Man the truck looks awesome but the music...... not needed all. I just bought a 2021 Duramax 1500 rst silver. Can’t wait to do some upgrades. Again Beautiful truck man.
Thanks man. Get r’ done
Love your dog man
Thanks for the video
Awesome 👏
Good looking truck brother
Thank you! I love her.
Love the front of those trucks. Look mean!
Looks just right!
Thanks so much
Can you please make another video over this truck!!
Sure. About what though?
@@DannyRickRick maybe more in-depth of all the mods you have done or something idk
I’m getting the trail boss lift for my 3.0 I’m liking the rim/tire setup. Did you have any rubbing/trimming to do?
I have very little rubbing. And I went 3”. Isnt the trail boss lift only 2”?? You will have more rubbing with less lift. And I had to do some very minor trimming.
My dream
Your truck looks great man! Question. What's the measurement from the ground to the roof? I'm wondering if it fits in a standard size garage.
Thanks Beau. I got about 79” I’d say to the top of the roof antenna. Hard to measure exactly.
Good taste
Nice rims. I have the same color truck. I was about to buy these wheels, but wasn't sure if the silver on silver would look good. Looks awesome.
Thanks. I felt the same way at first. I went to my guy and he actually had the rim and wheel there so I was able to roll it up to the truck. Looked great so I bought them.
The tires poking out with the smaller running boards have you noticed any paint chips? And did you use wheel spacers?
Hahaha this vid is great, sick truck dude
Thanks and thanks man!! I love this truck!
looks badass bro! does your wheels rub when turning them?
Nope
But I had to cut out the wheel wells a little bit. And the plastic mudflaps. Not sure if that was mentioned in the vid
@@DannyRickRick thanks for the answer bro I'm really tempted to get the same setup I got a 20 GMC Sierra though
very nice truck, got one on order, i belive is the same pkg, can you tell me what color that is? the one i ordered is shadow gray metallic.(i hope it is) dealer didn't have any of that color, thanks in advance
Thanks Alex. Mine is satin steel metallic. I think yours will be darker. Like a dark blue grey color. It’s a cool color and I hope you like it. Ballsy to order a truck without knowing the color. Bronze rims will look bad ass with your color.
Very good looking truck. How have the larger tires affected the mpg’s?
Thanks. Mpgs went from best 34 to best 27
Whats your mpg looking like now?
20s not towing. Lower in winter, best in summer
Nice looking truck.
Mine pretty much looks the same with a Readylift SST 4" lift and Fuel wheels as well.
I wanted that SST so bad. Readylift wouldn’t recommend it for the diesel. Not sure why??? Do you have the 3.0?
@@DannyRickRick yes sir 2020 SST 3.0
I verified with Les Shwab that it would fit, and it did perfectly.
@@davidkush9549 great to know!! I wish I knew this before I did mine
@@davidkush9549 how are the CV angles?
Readylift its more like DeathLift, you couldnt pay me enough to install that on anything i own!
How much did this setup run roughly with install?
Lift $1200
Labor $450
Wheel package $2100
I think that’s what it cost.
Link for those lug nuts please?
Any issues with the engine lifters?
No. I think that’s only with the gas engines. From the dynamic fuel management when they shut down cylinders and when they kick back in.
What offset are those wheels
I believe I say in the video that you watched and commented on that they are -18.
How are the CV angles
5:17 in the video
Will this work for my trail boss 2020 ?
Trail boss has a 2” lift already. You can put a 1” level kit raising the front to make it 3” higher than stock. And bigger blocks for the rear.
What psi did you put in the tires
air
I meant, how much air
I don’t know the answer. The shop did it.
What size spacer did you have to use to clear your break calipers?
Luckily did not need a spacer with these rims. Which was a huge selling point for me. -18 offset 20x9
@@DannyRickRick was that because of the style of the rim ? Sorry I have the rebels 20x10 and I just got told that a 1\4 inch spacer wouldn’t clear it . I’ve been researching all morning now
@@matt164654654 mine are the fuel rebels as well. And no I do not need the spacer. And I have 0 issues with rubbing the caliper. I’d make the shop or whoever prove it to you that you need one. Wheel bearings will be much happier without a spacer.
@@DannyRickRick awesome, that’s what I was thinking, but I saw your vid and wanted to just see how yours fit. thanks for the help! I’m pretty sure there being lazy or something who knows. Idk why im paying them to do it lol.
@@matt164654654 hahah. Well good luck man!!! Hopefully everything end up great for ya. These rims are great!!
