OMG I nearly fell off the chair laughing when you asked your husband, "Why do we have pepper spray, Honey?" His answer was golden. "Because I have to protect you!". 😂. Also, aren't you the handy one? Why is he the one with the tool box that you have no idea what's in there? 🤣 Seriously though, no jokes aside, I love the way you go glamping. I'm a glamp girl as well. I would most likely have all the same things in my (future) RV minus the huge coffee machine. I would just get one of those tiny metal coffee phin filters that sit on top of a mug, and carry a couple cans of sweetened condensed milk, but that's just me. I love all those woven baskets you found that fit perfectly into the storage areas. You are so neat and tidy. I've seen some people's RVs and they are so messy with stuff all over the place. Great job with the organization. ❤️
Thank you Kelly! I hope we don’t need to use those tools in that bag on the road. Lol I forgot about the Vietnamese ca phe sua da. Thanks for the good idea for the times we can’t run the generator. For sure it tastes better than instant coffee. 🤗
@@BamBamRVAdventures I have an answer for your tool box dilemma. TRIPLE A. 😝. I think paying for road service is very much worth it. The inside of my car has a button above my rear view mirror that I can push in the event that I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere and someone will come and rescue me. It comes standard with the car and I've never had to use it, but I don't have any worries when I drive around out there by myself. 😁.
@@hotchicsf we do have AAA road side assistance for our RV also. It’s an additional cost to our regular roadside assistance for our other cars since they have to tow it on a flat bed.
Surprised you don’t have the White Top Adventure overhead shelf above front seats! We love ours and put all our dog stuff and shoes there. Nice job on your organization. Vincent, I put our bear/ pepper spray there too as well!
I would like to have that storage also but still figuring out a way to make a door for it since I like the clean look and don’t want to see all the stuffs we store in there. Lol Do you think it’s possible to make a door there?
Love your videos, thank you. I think the interstate 19 is the perfect size for a go anywhere, do anything glamping camper van. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and definitely has a private plane feel that I don’t think can be beat. Your husband is very smart for having the pepper spray. I watched you methodically empty each drawer and cupboard in your van, yet I never saw any plates, soup bowls, glasses, or mixing bowls for cooking. Where do you store all your dishware? Cheryl
@@BamBamRVAdventures I really enjoy your videos where you explain all the upgrades including the prices. This information is important, and you sharing your experiences is truly appreciated.
This was very helpful video to understand how to leverage the small space effectively. I love the way you’ve packaged everything. How would you change this if you plan for a longer trip?
Thank you Niranjan! For longer trip we probably won’t bring the firepit or the ninja but just a small Coleman fold and go grill that we have. We plan just to stay in campground max 3 nights then stay in hotel and then campground again when we travel on longer trip. Probably eat out some days since our freezer is very small I don’t stink we can pack much frozen food to cook for a whole week.
We waited a year for delivery of our Interstate 19 and finally picked it up in February, just in time for our first planned road trip. I’ve learned a lot from your videos and have already used some of your ideas. This video was really helpful. I’m still trying to figure out the best place to store everything in our van. I have the same Target baskets and they fit really well in the overhead lockers. Do you have any storage ideas for the bathroom?
Hi Lesa, congratulations on your 19! That is a long…..wait. Lol Enjoy your adventures! I think as you use your van you change the way you store things too. Right now I don’t have anything in the bathroom. Since we only use it for weekend trips we only use the provided soap and shampoo dispenser. We brush out teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen sink. After the shower I use the small squeeze to wipe most of the water down from the wall then wipe everything including the soap dispenser with a microfiber towel.
Hi - Love your walk-through videos. You had also done great work on your earlier ZION SRT. You mentioned about "pads" (?) for the rattling noise of cabinets. Do you have a video on it how you eliminate rattling noise as they come? .. And, where did you buy those "pads" from? Are they just foam pads that they put under chairs? ... Much Thanks!
Thank you very much for your kind words Abhijit! The pads are the ones for furnitures. They do come in different thickness and color and texture. I just bought different kinds to try. My husband is the “rattles whisperer “. Lol I would drive and he just walk toward the back to where the rattle is and listen and press on different places to see if the rattle stop. If it does then he just wedge a pad in there. It depends how big the gap is then he uses different thickness pad or one spot he used a razor blade. Lol
Thank you Judy! We haven’t used the AC because the weather is not hot yet but we turned it on to test and it’s pretty cold. We had the same AC on our previous class B and used it a few times to cool down during last summer. It didn’t last very long with 400 amp lithium batteries maybe 2-3 hours. With the generator on this Airstream it would last us probably 10 hours or more on one tank of propane.
Hi Bill, thank you and yes I saw the Headliner shelf. I was looking for a way to have some kind of custom cabinet door that would fit there. I like to have a clean look without seeing all the storage items. Lol
@@bills5297 It’s nice to have the headroom. It does looks more open and spacious. Our previous Roadtrek had a built in storage area so after a while we got so used to ducking when entering the cab area after hitting our heads many times and we are not that tall. LOL
Again, a very wonderful video. You are very organized, I can hope to get our Interstate as close. I do have one question. After seeing a few of your videos where you use your ninja XL, we purchased one. I would like to know where you got your storage bag for your ninja?
