You don’t have that problem if the van is not plugged in for a day and half or so and your chassis battery doesn’t say low battery. Also just making sure the inverter and solar panels work. Check heat,AC, water pump, macerator, black and gray tanks valves can be opened. Fridge should be pretty cold when you set it on 4 or 5. Have you join the AI19 Facebook group? Yes no perfect RV. Also for the price we paid they should have better quality control before selling them to customers so we don’t have to deal with problems that could be prevented.

@@t.q.6639 Thank you for watching. Here is the recipe The best way is to create a “poolish” which is a prefermented dough to keep overnight and then add more flour and water the next morning. Poolish recipe: 350gram of water and 350 gram of bread flour or 00 flour. 4 grams of yeast and 4 grams of sugar. Mix and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes and then put in refrigerator for 16-24 hours. Add 700 grams of flour and 375 grams of water and 30 gram of salt. Knead with mixer or by hand and let dough rest for about 30-40 minutes. Split into about 6 balls of approximately. 275 grams. Each balls can make a 10-11” pizza. The key is to let the balls proof for 1 hour, and then fold the balls gently again to add more air in for about 15-20 seconds and let proof again for 30 minutes. Do that one more time and rest for 30 minutes. Dough ball is now ready to be baked. You can half this if it is too much dough, but you can also freeze the dough. The key is hydration has to be around 70%. Here; 725 gram of water divided by 1050 gram of flour = 70%.

@@BamBamRVAdventures It's too bad because I had owned the 24' Interstate prior to downsizing to the 19' as it's more convenient to park and drive and I didn't need the extra length but the quality was not there. The previous Interstate had those beautiful marine gloss cabinets and I loved their marine wood-look vinyl floors compared to the material they put down in the 19' which is much harder to vacuum and clean. So glad you got all the kinks worked out in the 3rd year. That shouldn't have to happen at the costs they charge. The weather stripping around the windows of my 19' literally fell off the day after I received mine. You have the updated fly screen door but the one 2020 screen door falls off onto you if you just breathe near it lol. Anyway thank you for your reply back that wasn't expected. I'm in love with my Grech Turismo so far and just got it ceramic coated to keep the beautiful new blue grey color shiny and protected. Love your videos and your class B journeys. I bought similar baskets for storage that fit perfectly and I learned a lot on how to make little to no storage work. The Turismo has even less storage options due to the ion batteries are on the back so you can't put anything there which is one negative. I may get an Owl Box one of these days for added storage. @@carmenbeckstrom5372 we have a video on how we connected the Ecoflow into the van in order to use it. We didn’t connect it directly into house batteries. We connected extension cords into the Ecoflow and ran them into the existing outlets. One by the door to use our coffee maker and one to the microwave.

We have 2022 Airstream Interstate GT and it almost feels like it stalls (it doesn't) but so sluggish pulling out. We have to wait until huge gaps on a busy highway speed road before pulling out which can be a VERY long time. Since we cannot get up to speed fast enough. I am hopeful this will help.
