I have to agree with azelaic acid. I recently bought skinoren 15% gel (i dont think it's prescription here i just went to the pharmacy and asked if they had any creams for acne and the lady gave it to me) and it's been only like three days since i used it and i already see the acne going away along with the redness. I understand why some adore azelaic acid more than retinoids now.

Girl if it’s not prescription strength azelaic I don’t even bother. I have rosacea and I use 15% gel, also prescription vasodilators like rofade or mervaso that are good in conjunction with aze acid are the only things I use

girrrll, idk what is it but for some reason for years my skin never liked salicylic acid nor did she like lots of other irritants. the only thing that did some real work was azelaic acid, retinoids and niacinamide and now it makes sense i’m pretty sure i have rosacea
