Great cart walk-thru. Really enjoyed your insights on the cart. I just bought my BigDog Cart from Ben and appreciated seeing how you handled the areas that needed improvement. I would be interested in learning more about how you secure the tanks and if you ever figure out a more efficient way to replace that water heater -- I've been thinking about how to cut thru the shelf...
Excellent video!! Love the wrap and the modifications you made.I have the Cash Cow hotdog cart…wish I had bought the Big Dog. It has more holding space. Any recommendations on how to modify the Cash Cow to add at least a “half pan” space plus a additional burner.
How are you doing? I' never opened. I'm having welding done! Do you think I really need a water heater? My friend says because of the hot copper coil, which runs over the three burners, it's not terrible needed. Any thoughts? Thank you!
Hi. How is it going these days? Since we have the very same cart did you still keep the grill on the top like that? Any secrets to keeping the hot dog buns warm without getting hard? I was vending yest day and had to throw away 8 buns! They get hard. Even though I use that dome and nestled the buns between 2 sheets of foil in the perforated pan inside the spillage pan.
Since I have that same cart how is it possible to serve ice cream treats from that Big Cart Coleman cooler? Any thoughts? Ice cubes melt fast in that thing!
Been vending for 3 weeks now. This week three days. If you wanted to how could you sell frozen ice cream treats from your Big Dog Cart Coleman cooler? That would be a dream for me!
Hi! I wish I could see your cart at night time. I had to leave a very important Tractor Supply gig today. It's wing in upstate, New York. How do you keep your pilot lights on during a windy day? I tried and tried but could not keep my burners lit. I'm always loosing with this business.
Hi friend. Well....my brother, who is his own repair man, took hours to fit the new (yet MODIFIED) furl rod & new burners, from Hot Dog Store to my 13 yr old Big Dog Cart. But the 304 panel is fucked! It turned out NOT one of the three propane knobs matched-up to the three holes in the 304 steel panel. How do you keep the chilled condiment station chilled? I notice those ice blankets from Walmart are too thick and those mini pan wells are sticking out of those metal slots. What do you use? I have to keep the chilled condiment station chilled. I want to use it as intended. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Any thing specific on that roll top? Need to know size. Where did you get perforated pan? Top Dog Carts don't sell them. Do I have to modify if I buy that roll top? I haven't placed my order for the pans yet. Concerned if Hot Dog Cart Store's perforated pan is compatible with the other Top Dog Carts lidded /hinged pans.
Can you please tell me how to order those pans? I have the Big Dog Cart too. I have to replace ALL my pans. My measurements are 38 " x 12". How do I know the flip top roll top will fit? What are the pans, full spillage pans sizes like? Thank you!

Hi! I have not opened yet and I make my own sauces. Any advice on preventing my chili , beans and coke/onions from overheating and getting gummed-up? I don't know how much control I will have on the propane units. Thank you!!!
How do I clean the 304 stainless steel without destroying it? Can I remove the rust burners and put them in a bag with amonia? Any tips? I gotta open soon. Thank you!

Do you have a problem reigniting the pilots? Will your long handled torch reach into those holes without having to remove the steam table pans?
Is it cheaper to build your own hotdog cart?

?
In Maryland, do we have to have a tag on the cart? I read and it didn't say so.
Check with the DMV online

It all depends on the local laws
Did you replace the cart floor with a open metal grate? Road dirt entering the inside from the floor? Do you feel you overpaid for the cart?
