This is exactly the video I’ve been looking for. Thank you for Taligent time to upload. I’m on the look out for a used hot dog cart and not sure which one to get.
This happens to us as well, My attitude is this. I cannot sell until we are completely set up and up to temp. We are NOT open yet, the nicest way I can
@@thehotdogcartpeople I just meant tips for setup to make it faster. Like I keep everything in the bread box so I can set the table up faster. I have a problem with wind blowing out the burners too
@@thehotdogcartpeople I try to do it so that if someone walks up I can have one already cooking. Like first step is wheel, then turn on burners for chilli and hotdog water. Then I do literally everything else. I try to shoot for fifteen minute setup
Business is good but it is winter First thing for any location is legalities then of course asking, then a lot more. We will be offering more information on our website
Didn't you see the pretty black Tacoma pulling away at the beginning, I think they also have a transit van or something they tow it with too, not sure but seem to remember it in a previous vid!

Did you pull the behind a truck or on a trailer? If not on a trailer how far (miles) do you drive? Great teamwork!!
Yes we pull it behind the truck
Our earlier videos show us towing the cart
We have towed our carts on the highway but typically 10 miles or less on secondary roads
