I wanted to become data engineer, but they say that you need a minimum of 2 years of experience to become a data engineer. As I'm from tier 3 college, just to land a decent job I switched to developing. What do you think of my decision sir?
It is totally up to you its good to start from development I also did development in university life and in strart six months now moving to Data engineer because of company

Problem with data jobs is that it can be automated by ai more easily.
