Born from the personal struggles and triumphs of its founder, Annie, who dealt with acne and problematic skin for years, which sent her down a path of holistic health and healing and motivated her in 2010 to start her own UA-cam channel focused on topics related to wellness, skincare, and lifestyle.
During her journey, she was able to work with some of the biggest skincare and wellness-focused brands on the market. But even though all these brands existed, none of them had truly dedicated their efforts towards skin health in a holistic way. It took her almost 10 years to heal and discover that achieving clear skin requires more than just external care. It involves external care, inner nourishment, and a peaceful mind, and scientific research can finally prove it. This led us to create NOURISHED3

Nourished3 redefines skincare by focusing on wellness in a unique way. As the only player currently, we target biomarkers (positive and negative health indicators) to improve the skin microbiome, sleep, relaxation, nutrient absorption, digestion, hormone balance, and immunity, while reducing acne, aging, inflammation, mood swings, and cortisol levels to ultimately support skin health and longevity.
