I've only listened to this twice so far, but the second time I listened I was able to catch more of the keyboard nuance that Buddy is adding. From 6:13 through 6:20 Buddy is adding some tasty jazz chords. It's always fun to hear all those little details these musicians bring to the table!
I love Buddy on the keyboard, but I miss someone on the strings it adds so much texture and adds depth to the songs. I was in Milwaukee to see them at Summerfest a few years back and Black Violin was playing a set. Selfishly I wanted them to bring one of those gentlemen on stage to perform with the band.

Dave has taken better care of his vocal cords in recent years. I can remember in the 2000s when he was running his voice ragged. Comparing then to now, his voice sounds 1990s-ish!
whos the terrible guitar player at 4:37 ? I was loving this until he started playing. It was funny watching the rest of the band crack up after he played but pretty embarrassing. Just drunk probably.
