    1. Communicate in terms of their values
    2. Create dialogue
    3. Convey congruence
    4. Consider your Lexicon
    - Do your words accurately convey the dynsmicity of your ideas
    - Do your words accurately convey how you feel about certain things
-Do your words accurately convey the seriousness or the profundity of a situation
How do you build that lexicon?
Read great literature from individuals who have great lexicon
    5. Command Phoenetics

    Great video!!!
    Several additional points during conversations.
    1. Find common ground and try to agree with some of the comments of the person you are speaking with.
    2. Summarize the points of person you are speaking with you to make them feel they are being heard.
    3. Give the person you are speaking with your full attention and concentration.
    4. Be warm and smile. If the person makes a joke, do your best to laugh. Compliment something about them.
    5. Speak favorable about other people rather than negatively.
    6. Don't attack/challenge the persons credibility. Make people feel good about themselves.

For anxiety in my opinion you first need to feel your own emotions. For example try to be like a mirror and reflect people’s energy around you. Don’t absorb people’s energy that much. Be comfortable with your thoughts and feelings first. Then it will be easy to bring it up. Just block the noise

    • @DrGraceLee
      @DrGraceLee  Рік тому

Thank you for your comment, Diann. I’m glad you are enjoying the lessons. That’s a good question. There is no definitive answer to how long you should wait for someone to feel comfortable with a group decision. It depends on the situation, the urgency of the decision, and the level of disagreement.
