You know when you know someone for years but you've never really seen them crack up to that extent. I almost called an ambulance.

that is probably because Ricky Gervais is similar to David Brent ... tries too hard often, exaggerates, etc. You can see it in all the outtakes, and also in his need to bully of other people all the time. He's so good at playing David Brent because he is David Brent, somewhere. Only, David Brent has this innocence which makes him more likable.
The Oggmonster is actually a genius! Without him the office wouldn't exist and if it did exist it wouldn't have the high regard in British comedy that it has today, Steven Merchant take a bow son!
Stephen merchant has surprised me with his acting chops the guys awesome I know he's a good writer and can do comedy but after watching Logan the guys got skill
The way Brent shifts his eyes when saying "mong boy' as if thinking is it ok I'm saying this as he is saying it. Comedy at its best - the amazing little bits like this make this scene outstanding!!
They did this gag a few times in the podcasts. I never see it coming. The other one is when Ricky's conversation gets to a point where no matter what the choice you have you end up sounding gay.
It kind of reminds me of The US Soap Creator Agnes Nixon (One Life To Live & All My Children). She made a Cameo appearance on both Shows. She plays a "Ghost" on One Life To Live and on All My Children she played a Hospital Administrator.
