Just changed a set of these wonderful SUV tyres onto my 2016 Crv, and I've got to say they have transformed my vehicles ride and handling to another level. Its much quieter and more comfortable than the Goodyear Wranglers, not to mention the grip and handling have improved too. Overall, a great SUV tyre, now just hope that the threads do last as long as it says it does. 🤞

Mileages returns differ greatly depending on driving styles and conditions. I have in the past sold the same size and pattern tyre (not continental) to 2 different customers with the same vehicles, there was nearly a 30,000km difference from one to another. Motorway miles vs city driving meant very different results from the same product. If I was to average out what I think this tyre is likely to return as along as there is no alignment issues, I would say a 50,000km tyre. I hope this helps
Gerard Burke i can do same on a budget chinese tyre, with eu regulations with A grip on wet cost me 43 pound a tyre. i was just curious why would it be better, but they are all same with new eu regulations
Using Continental UC6 195/55R16 at 33psi pressure each for last 1200+ kms. Comfort level, breaking and noise reduction is really good. BUT very major concern I'm facing is, mileage is lessened sharply from 17-18kmpl to less than 14km on highway and 14kmpl to 9 kmpl on city roads. I'm getting overall milage of 11kmpl as of now. Before changing tyres, I was able to get 580-600kms in full tank, whereas now it's reduced to less than 450kms in same fuel. I was using Appollo Alnac 4G firstly, which gave me better milage. I'm now checking for exchange.

Continental tyres are very good quality tyres. Although a bit below the Michelin in term of performance and noise quality but the Michelin are still the most expensive brand. Also, what is your opinion with Bridgestone or Dunlop? I think Bridgestone has good performance but its quite loud.
Just purchased a set of the UC6 tyres today 225/65R/17 for my Mazda CX5 AWD for $590. First impressions, the tyres feel smooth and quiet and comfortable to drive. They don't have that black glossy new tyre look and I had to check twice that they were new tyres when they were fitter. Performance though, much better than the stock Yokohama G98's which I managed to get 52,000km out of. Hopefully I get 50,000km out of these otherwise I will be switching to Michelin Latitude Tour's which was my possible upgrade option. I will report back in 6 months time to let you guys know how they're tracking.

I really appreciate your review. When you talk about a NEW tyre and how it works, it does not seem to be useful information for when the tyre has worn past the 80% zone. The 'diamond edge' being at an angle , is totally irrelevant ( in my humble opinion) from the 75% to the 20% life of the tyre. The design as it works when the tyre is new is important. the noise breakers ARE relevant for the life of the tyre , thanks for pointing that out. Evacuating the water from the middle to avoid aqua planing is important, how relevant will they be when the first 25% has worn off the tyre ?
