Conti UC6 is really better than good year. Replaced brand Good year 16inch stock tyre @55k kms 3yrs ago for my polo GT. Now again replaced with new conti UC 6 @115k kms 2months ago. Road noise is very low upto 30k. Mileage and grip also good.
Yokohama Earth - GT ( The best in the segment) Successfully completed 55k kms. ! Very smooth. Registered with Safety wheels , Salem. Very knowledgeable person in the industry who recommended me Yokohama.:)

I have a 2015 ertiga and 2008 Alto. I used stock MRF in my Alto for 4 years and realized how hard the Tyre is. Changed to Michelin energy xm2 2 times used for 5 years 45000km done in city driving mostly. Super Comfortable tyre. Can expect punctures due to soft compound Upon purchasing ertiga i immediately went and exchanged my stock good year to yokohama earth 1. Clocked 55000 kms. Now second change Yokohama Bluearth GT. Running now 30000 done. Best tyre brand for all types of roads.
I use Bridgestone Sturdo on all 4. They are known for their durability and not for noise reduction. The true noise reduction tyres from Bridgestone are called Turanza
@@ikiranmore Visited Bangalore from Chennai recently and I would say the noise levels were pretty good. Not super silent but definitely not too loud & uncomfortable like some hard compound tyres. But, considering our roads, I would recommend Sturdo over Turanza as they seem to be slightly more durable visibly after using them over the last 1.5 years
Need to change for my S-Cross too, present running on JK UX Royale Stock tyres @65k kms. Usage: 20% rural, 80% highways. I'm thinking of MRF Perfinza, BS Turanza and Continental UC6. What do you suggest?

It was always a contradictory saying harder the tyre longer the life of tyres. But I used Michelin for almost 80k kms without an issue in my polo. Even at 80k mileage they perform as before.

What’s the issue with Michelin 4ST ? Wanted to buy this car tyre, however been hearing about frequent puncture and sidewall cutting issues owing to the soft rubber compound. Kindly advise which car tyre must I buy in the size 205/65 R16 ? Michelin, UC6, earth 1, any other ?
Go for Michelin primacy if you have a budget or Continents UC6 if you are driving on good roads. If you have mix of bad and good roads, Yokohama Earth 1 is the better choice for all conditions
Continental uc6 r16 i drive for only 20000 kms half tyre gone .....thread wear indicator came noise came definitely it will not run 60-70k kms....i frequently check the tyre pressure and allignment
Check suspension and rear axle alignment, rears don’t have adjustment, might have to change the rear arm if alignment is wrong. I used JK tyre for 35 k km, Michelins have lasted 50k with tread remaining, CEAT running on another 20 k km, barely any wear looks new
Purchased 2 years before Firestone from this dealer, really waste. Now changed 2 years for my car. Might be issue with Firestone but this dealer is not open as we expected.
Yokohama Earth 1 without doubt. Because of 7 seater load and sometimes to drive on bad roads sidewall should be stronger. Yokohama does very well. Another good choice is Bridgestone turanza
