Hi Kaleb !! Just wanted to let you know my wife and I truly enjoy your home presentations and watch your videos every week. Sometimes we get tired of Ocala "cookie cutter" homes, I think I could walk that "split floor plan" blindfolded !! 😉 That last home you showed checks all our boxes in the inside (they used quality materials) but there is too much land (making it very expensive). Price is very high, taxes exceed mine in NJ, and I can only imagine what the home insurance would be. Again thanks from avid fans. Best of luck to you and your pretty lady !!!

Kaleb. Hope you had a lovely weekend. 🤔. Not sure what I think about the dirt rode. A bit rural? Basic elevation. 3/2. Nice size. Let’s see inside. You know my 1st pet peeve is the full visible kitchen. The tile is busy and dark. Good open concept. Private good size primary entry. Nice bathroom. Ditch the tub. Move the shower over and get a bigger closet. Nice kitchen. Covered lanai. Land slopes a bit. Would want a pool. Laundry in front the home different but appreciated. 2 beds and a bath. Nice floor plan. All I would change is the floor. Potential for someone. 2nd home basic elevation. Big lot. Rodes. Homes nicely spaced. Can see a little kitchen. Not too bad. Nice floors. Prefer the primary in the rear. Small en-suite but appreciated. 3 bedrooms to 1 bath 🫤 and no 1/2 bath. The kitchen looks huge. Appreciate the laundry 🧺 room. Covered enclosed lanai. Big yard for a pool. Need at least a 1/2 bath but definite potential. 3rd home wow. Big home. Unique color brick. Nice floors. Stairs look a bit narrow. 2 Big bedrooms. Bathroom. Big primary and closet. Nice en-suite. No linen closet but enough room to figure it out 😂. Big kitchen and dining space. Appreciate the pool bath. Bedroom 4 them best with access to the pool. I would use this as the primary but no en-suite or closet and the Big laundry is downstairs. I’m lost now. Look at that huge space. Ballroom like. Covered lanai and fenced pool. Nice. 11 acres though? QUESTION. With 11 acres, can other homes be built on that land? Thanks for sharing 🤗

3rd house looks like a battleship with windows , when I think of a house over a million I’m thinking on the water , ocean , canal , bay etc not so much on a dead end

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tile that awful. What were they thinking. But you never know someone could love it. I think it would look better in a mansion than a home this size the house being smaller makes it look too busy .

Only took a 1.2 mil house to find a house that can fit a pool table without hitting your stick on the wall lol surprisingly it’s really hard to find even in some of these bigger sqft houses maybe some of the lofts can once you get high enough but usually those start getting expensive too

So Kaleb, This home is pretty, But in rural area, With dirt roads, Not used to that. The backyard looks like a Forest. And that horrible color tile. House #2, Its way to expensive for my taste. Nice home. House #3, I don't care for at all. But great Video, As always 👌

Thanks, for the video! The tile in house 1, is hideous! Probably on sale. House 2 is overpriced. House 3 is very nice, but too much gray. When you pay over $1M, you should get some excellent decorating in different colors, and the view from the rear belies it’s a remodel. Nice though…..very nice, actually. 🤘🏻
