- Present day AWD systems are very complex and work with various sensors that give the driver maximum traction at all times. One good example of these systems is the Volkswagen 4Motion AWD system. We head to Quebec Canada to experience the ultimate winter drive.

So much fun. .....sure want that Atlas. Very nice.
wish you would do a comparison with a front wheel drive with "less" traction just to see how much better it really is on that type of surface
👍cant wait to drive my tiguan on Ottawa snow. Thanks
It’s 48% maximum bias and there is minimal lateral transfer because there are open differentials…
How does it compare Acura SW-AWD?
I was expecting more details for the Golf R. Anyway great review
The R was so popular and by the time I got my hands on it, I was only able to get a couple of Laos in it before the event was over. I would have loved to spend more time with it.
But what was the feeling. Seems the traction was not as expected like others cars
Hasco De La Vega it’s better.
The best
My 2021 tig r line didn’t do well while in “snow” mode.
4motion傳動系統多少公里要換油一次?
can u ask the VW ppl y they dont have awd in passat. i mean that would be a good feature and unique in the segment. also the passat has the huge rear hump for rear passengers ..so y not have awd..
My Passat b8 have awd
Hi, Is the 4motion system in the Sportwagen S 4 Motion different? Did you just miss that one?
They are all the same system aside from the Touareg.
Watching this in my golf r lol
Are you a full-time youtuber Mr. Chow?
No I’m not. I try and do a review a week which can be pretty tough with 2 little ones.
your editing is really good like a full-time professional just saying 😀
Snow mood can use during raining?
you'll probably be fine with just throwing it in manual mode
Has anyone seen the newly revealed 2019 VW Touraeg? That car looks unbelievably amazing. Too bad it won't be sold in North America. It looks like an Audi Q7. This new Touraeg should've been the new Atlas on this side of the pond.
8 speed gearbox?
Yes it’s an Aisin unit
The New Re-designed VW TIGUAN 2018-2019 has 184 hp & 221 Lbs of torque - just to be accurate I believe you said 211 Lbs of Torque.
And it’s not a turbo
Anything above 6 inch can hold over 30k lbs
I think you need to retake physics.
Stop misleading people. Haldax Gen4 AWD system is a max 50/50 split. You might as well be quiet if you have no clue what the hell you're talking about..
O.k., but can you tell us when VW will be able to compete to her, highest, 4wd, named Syncro, with Gelande, dual lockers, auto central differential locking without hydraulics, (and maintenance), 50/50 weight ratio, symmetrical, (Mirage), transmission, Direct Drive rear differential, (no clutch), with unlimited, off road, load capabilities, Soft Start front differential, (never breaks), auto correction/auto regulation suspension, huge stealth stabilization spoiler, riding on the air feeling, (rear engine, forward control), i4/i5/v6/v8/w12 cheap engine modification, high snorkel, (~1.80 m), lowest IIHS of the 90's death rate, limited electronics and many others.
You see, sometimes, the future is in the past.
The Syncro Heresy,
More shots from outside and not always from the driver ... I want to see the car and not the driver ...
Sponsored? You couldn't pay me to own a VW. German Tax plus the maintenance costs. No thank.
I agree they are fun to drive when new. Give it a few months...
My maintenance costs on my Tiguan are extremely low in comparison to the BMW 335i I used to own lol
Ownership cost over 10yrs is only $60 a year more than Honda or Mazda, I got this from the web from a neutral source, the lowest ownership cost goes to Toyota/Lexus.
Owned 2 different Tiguans in 2 different continents, both have performed extremely well and have never had an issue. Maintenance is no more expensive than when I owned a ford.
You talk nonsense and obviously you don’t know anything about VW.
@@NaviNavi-1uu8tg Exactly probably never owned one either.
